I sort of made a topic similar to this one a long time ago regarding Santa, but it sort of just occurred to me that, if the people of Christmas Town and Halloween Town are in charge of holidays, which clearly take place in multiple worlds, it would occur to Jack Skellington as well that there are multiple worlds and races, and presumably, he would have traveled to a few of them. Is it possible that he can pop up in more worlds than the one we've seen him in? Also on that note, how much would someone like the Genie know? It's not like the boundaries of Darkness can really stop him, given his unlimited cosmic power.

What I'm getting at is, in the quest to find the lost Keyblade Masters, are there more than one pair of eyes that the heroes could employ?

Semi-phenomenal nearly-cosmic power (being released from the lamp made him a bit weaker). They probably know a great deal but are bound by the same laws of non-interference that Keyblade wielders are supposed to adhere to.

Everything...

Well, for Jack Skellington and Santa, I think they have more of separate realms in one world rather than completely different worlds, and as for genie I'm pretty sure what he considers unlimited cosmic power is actually limited to his world, but he thinks it's unlimited because he has no way of knowing about anything outside his world

But the worlds are still connected in some way. In order for Genie to have unlimited cosmic power, he would have to know what the Keyhole is and what it does (he knows where it is, and probably knows what it is or he could have shown Jafar any other keyhole). I do think that, as a genie, he probably has regulations placed on him to where he cannot do too much outside of his world. For another potential point, Genie offered to bring Jasmine back with Aladdin's last wish, and that was after Sora and the gang knew that she likely was no longer in Agrabah.
