I have a request--

 

Would anyone like to design new game icons for the games bar in the header of KH13? Everything is flexible as long as you can make it work, I'm open to ideas. By games bar I mean these things:

My personal idea is for every icon to have a solid color, maybe with a silhouette of a symbol of the game, and the name of the game. But please just design whatever you like!

This is what I came up with making trials. I have a very old software so the quality is what it is, I hope it's good enough!

Why did my computer with photoshop on it have to DIE?!?! *cries*

 

Edit: Just as a suggestion to people making the icons, maybe you could try breaking away from making them perfect rectangles so the site doesn't look as boxy?

Edit: I actually managed to improve the quality of the font in the Chain of Memories one, which means I can do the same with the other two

The problem with that is, i accidentally had my window on "incognito" mode and i lost the history of the image, and i'm too lazy to recreate it.

I don't have time for the next couple of days to give very solid input and advice, but after that I'll try and contribute some ideas too. Btw, I think the background colors should match, or at least be similar to, the colors in the game logos. So, Days would be red and so on. (Btw, I'd like to add an icon for KHx.)

Sounds good. So for example. KH 1 logo has the blue heart and silver text. Is either color fine or are you talking just the text?

KH1 is a bit of a funny logo as far as the color scheme goes, so I'll leave that up to you, whatever you think fits best.

Wow, they're looking great too. Maybe have a play around with shrinking those down to the size of the games bar in the header, to see if they look good smaller and bunched together? (only if you're having fun, of course, I don't want to make you do all of my work for me )

Congratulations on your new slave!  I agree, good work indeed.

I have some!! The second group with faces is pretty sloppy looking though. I hope this at least gives some more ideas on what could be done. I personally like the character faces already on the site so maybe SquirtingDemyx's character silhouettes is the right compromise.
