I've been not keeping up with news of 2.5, and I'm sorry if there is a thread that explains all the changes/new features, but I have every KH game and I know what the changes KH2 and BBS Final Mix brought, but I'm just wondering what are the new items/keyblades/etc that the 2.5 HD Remix brings

uh, Two becomes one blade is in the 2.5 hd remix for KHII

If you played kh2 final mix and bbs final mix then nothing new. But if you only played the original versions then plenty! Kh2 and bbs bring new cutscenes, new drive form, new keyblades, new mini games, new bosses etc. watch this vid and you will understand!

I played 1.5 and there wasn't anything new! Sure the graphics and sounds were upgraded but nothing new in the form of content! PS3 themes don't really count, the only thing new per say was the special cards you can unlock after watching the days cinematic videos in RECOM. But like I said no new content! Unless you NEVER played the Final Mix versions of kh2 and bbs!

The new content added in the Final Mix versions is the only "new" content. There is no new content if you don't count that.

uh, the heartless were recolored. New Keyblades One winged angel and... the one you get from the Ice titian, two Ultimate weapons for Donald and Goofy, That I'm pretty sure wasn't in the first Final Mix. 

Bro what part of Final Mix didn't you read. Everything you just mentioned was included in the original final mix version of the games! The point of the remix versions of the game is to bring the final mixes that were originally released only in japan to America and the rest of the world! Which means FOR ALL OF THOSE WHO HAVE PLAYED Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix AND BIRTH BY SLEEP Final Mix THERE IS NO AND I REPEAT NO NEW CONTENT. However does who haven't then they get access to everything you just mentioned!

There's an extra-extra ending if you Platinum 2.5 where Sora and Riku confess their love for one other.
