The idea that Xehanort was capable enough to control the will of a major villain doesn't seem likely to me.

I'd very much like to see this occur.

Well, he's got the silver weave already.....now he just needs NORT EYES!

Haha it would suck for boss battles. Especially because since Xehanort is the overall big bad, everything after Sephiroth would be easy or it would be freaking horrible to try and beat the game because they would be so hard.

I wouldn't be surprised.
