Only if they used Nick's old TV shows like Danny Phantom, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Adventures if Jimmy Neutron, etc. and Nickelodeon doesn't have anything to do with the script (look at their shows now like Sanjay and Craig, I dont even know gown people like that stuff). Also it should be a one time thing so that it doesn't get progressively worse over time.

Not really but Avatar....

Why Nick of all channels? I mean, Avatar and Korra I can understand, but nothing else really feels appropriate for a Square Enix team up. Disney works because most of it's stuff is rather grand and epic in scale. Most of Nick's stuff is just goofy and non-sensicle and that's it. Some cartoons could work well for a Square game, but most of Nick's stuff just doesn't seem that deserving in my opinion.
