Whats Your Favorite Pokemon Movie?

Posted

mine is BY FREAKING FAR!!!! The Rise of Darkrai

the first pokemon movie i LOVED was lucario and the mystery of mew but this barely trumps it! in my opinion, it almost defines everything thats AWESOME about pokemon. i could go on and on, but if thats the case then ill probably make another topic of me going on and on later. but for now, whats your favorite? xD

The first two are both tied for my favorite spot. I love absolutely everything about both of them. The third and fourth are really close. I haven't really enjoyed the movies ever since Sinnoh, and I think that the Hoenn ones were good, but not on par with the Kanto/Johto movies. I haven't seen any of the Unova or Kalos movies because the Sinnoh ones were such major disappointments to me.

ok. well i hope you can give rise of darkrai another chance. :)

Pokemon the first movie, just because I loved it when I was kid (haven't seen it in a long time though). I watching some other movies too, but I don't really remember them that well.

I have to say that the Black/White movies were extremely good. I have to say the Victini movies are brilliant. Of course, every DP movie is excellent and the Manaphy title was great too.

whatever the Entei and Unown one was where Team Rocket were pretty much the highlight of the whole movie

"It's like alphabet soup without the soup!" That was easily one of the best Meowth quotes ever.

Tough call as I like quite a few but I have to go with Pokemon 2000. The dub, the music and the badass fights between Lugia and the legendary trio was great.

Honourable mention goes to, The Rise of Darkrai (or really any of the DP movie arcs they had going) and Pokemon Heroes. Heroes felt very much underrated in my opinion.

Pokemon 3: The Movie. Rewatched it the other day and was hit with nostalgia.

Pokemon Movie 10 Palkia vs. Dialga vs. Darkrai SIKE!

It was meh at the end. It just left me with a "that's it?" >_>

Pokemon Movie 4: Celebi Voice of the Forest. Celebi is so kawaii, but most importantly dem feels. I was just saying STAHP in a certain scene.

Speaking of movie 4, the Pokemon captured by the antagonist were technically shadow Pokemon. 0_o

Lots of great movies, but I'll go with the first one.

2000 for me.  It was the first one I saw in theaters, and we went the second week it was out and no one else was there!  Plus, I love the soundtrack - then and now.  The first one really didn't do it for me - I just didn't like it all that much.  I've enjoyed most of the others, though.

Not sure if this is in the right board.

However my most favorites: 1,2,5,8 anf 10. If I had to choose it will be the first.
