I'm hoping for a DDD port.

I'm really hopeful that they'll announce kh3. I know it's been so long since kh2, but I really think we've got a shot between the plot of DDD, plus the hd rereleases of all the other games

Bringing 1.5 and 2.5 to PS4.

I think the better option is like a 3D:DDD port to PS3 with a video collection of KHX (chi) in order to have the whole storyline covered for when the time for KH3 actually comes

If it's not KH3, I'm gonna punch myself in the dick. (I know it probably not going to be KH3, I just need to feel a physical pain that matches my emotional pain when DDDHD is announced.)

 

When exactly did they say they were doing DDDHD, anyway? I never heard of them even considering that until everyone here on KH13 said they were. Was there an interview or something I missed (and I'm certain there was)?

I would think a new game would be first. KH3 is announced. We don't exactly need 1.5 and 2.5 on PS4... Nor do we need another KH:DDD

Well there was one were they said they didn't want that only installment out, but anyway, we're just making assumptions since it wouldn't be fair for it to stand out of the HD remixes. KH3 has already been announced in some way so we just have to wait for it, but the others are more like possibilities for games to come since Nomura promised a KH game per year. That would leave 2015 with no chances since KH3 will surely come on 2016 at the earliest

I'd personally like for it to be 1.5 and 2.5 for PS4. I'm indifferent about DDDHD, if it happens great, but if not, it's not something I'll lose my mind over.

Well, the KH 2.5 credits hinted toward an HD Remaster of Dream Drop DIstance. SO that's why a lot of people are guessing that's what SE will announce next since Nomura promised us 1 KH game per year until KH3 is out. Plus the fact that Nomura said that he was disappointed that KH3D is the only game that didn't get Remastered.

I'm leaning towards the possibility of Dream Drop Distance being remastered, since Nomura said he didn't want to leave that game as the odd one out.  And besides, 1.5's credits teased 2.5, and 2.5 is teasing KH3D, so we may be getting the Remaster after all.  With that in mind, all that's left is something Kingdom Hearts X related in 2016, with Kingdom Hearts III finally releasing in 2017 in time to celebrete the series 15th Anniversary!  But yeah, I think KH3D HD Remaster shall come next!

I just want BBSv2 

KH3D is obviously gonna be remastered at some point, I mean, HD shots of it were in the 2.5/3 trailer from E3 2014, HD shots of it are in the credits for 2.5 (similar to all the 2.5 games in the credits for 1.5), Nomura has mentioned multiple times how it wouldn't really make sense to release the other 6 but not 3D, and in case you didn't play it/forgot what it's about, it has a crucially important storyline to what Xehanort really wants to do with Organization XIII, and all the time travel stuff, and the fact that Riku is a key blade master, and Kairi and Lea using key blades and lots of other stuff. 

 

Will it be next? Idk, probably. We just have to wait and see.

I'm hoping that Square-Enix will release Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance HD sometime in 2015, both Japan and North America versions.
