We don't know, and no.

So far, there has been no information on who Larxene was before or even anything about her before she became a nobody. Same goes for Demyx, Luxord and Marluxia.

Larxene was actually a princess known as Ralene. Ralene was about 18 years old when Xehanort, Yen Sid, and Eraqus training to become keyblade masters. She was interested in a realm known as the Twisted Realm, and one day found a way into it. She would then meet her teacher who was named Kilousase. Kilousase was locked in a cage as he was left there and betrayed by his cousin, Kye. Kilousase would grow to be a great teacher for Ralene and they would become great friends. Ralene would one day, however, find the ability to change her age and appearance, and became the person who would be turned into a nobody. When she was turned back into a human, she changed her appearance to her real age and caught up with her daughter, which she had in a way I can not discuss yet. And she would have to become looked upon as evil, but really she has never changed from being good and when Xehanort is put to an end, Ralene will revert every bad thing she ever did and change them to good outcomes. Ralene just wishes to save souls that need saving and make things right.

But seriously though, there has been no information on that. Actually, no information has been revealed about who Demyx, Luxord, Marluxia, and Larxene were before they became Nobodies. All we know is that they weren't Ansem's apprentices and that they likely were not worthy enough to be a part of the True Organization XIII. In all honesty though, knowing who they were when they were humans really isn't that important or necessary for the story, but it would still be interesting to at least see what they looked like and what their names were.

My theory is that the Org. XIII members who dont appear in the rest of the KH series will appear somewhere in a future final fantasy game. I have no proof to base this on, just seems like something they would do.

In my head canon, I always imagined her to be Elena from FF7, if only here name was elenar I would be sold on the idea

Nothing has been revealed about Larxene through the course of the series, so her past remains a mystery.  Her real name is probably Arlene, but that's all that can be speculated for now.  I really want to know who are the Somebodies of Marluxia, Luxord and Demyx as well!  At least a cameo appearance in Kingdom Hearts III would make me happy! D:
