For all the Pokemon fans, does anyone ever feel like they need to make a remake of Pokemon Colosseum? That amazing Gamcube game back in 2003 that later led to the sequel of "Gale of Darkness." It seems like many people forget about the Colosseum series these days. A friend of Nora's even said, "Pokemon X and Y is the first ever 3D Pokemon game." Nora then gave a sad look saying, "No...Colosseum was..." 

 

Nora's not a die-hard Pokemon fan, but she absolutely loved Colosseum. Nora remembers playing the game for the first time when she was younger. She was so surprised on how dark of a plot it was compared to other Pokemon games. The characters themselves were amazing too! ^^ 

 

Nora really wishes they would make a remake for the WiiU or 3Ds, or maybe even a 3rd game (heck look at all the Eevees we could use now!). Anyone else feel the same?

Yeah I wish that they would either make remakes on the Wii U or another Shadow Pokemon game. They were my favorites as a kid

Pokemon Colosseum and Pokemon were great,but I don't think a remake is necessary,just a port on the virtual console would be fine.I probably wouldn't buy though,one playthough was enough for me.

I think it'd be cool if they did an HD collection type of thing and had remakes of both on one disc. What I'd really like, though, is a full fledged sequel to both of them.

Not that I disagree with your point- Gamecube games are rarely remade or remastered, and any of the Pokemon ones are likely to stay in the past. Your statement was just false is all.

Okay, see, a port of a game with only upscaled graphics and redone music (like the KH HD ReMixes)? Remasters.

 

A port of a game with revamped graphics and music and additional game mechanics and controls? Remake. (Or at the very least, an update, like Substance/Subsistence for MGS2/3. It's more than a remaster is my point.)

Sure you can call it more than a remaster, but they haven't remade the game. They've remastered it and added things.

That's basically what a remake is. You're splitting hairs.

I'm not sure I'd want a remake of Colosseum. It was a really fun game back in the day and I'd love to see it maybe ported to the Virtual Console (when they eventually add GameCube support).

 

I think if we got a new 3D Pokemon game for Wii U it would be much better.

A successor for crying out loud. Its been years since we get one on console.

I just wish they'd make a Pokemon Stadium for WiiU. I played Colosseum, but I liked the Stadium games better.

Would be nice if Pokemon Colosseum allows voice acting along with Wes speaking so that we don't have to name him or his partner.
