What is the reason behind your username?

 

I chose SteVentus because of two things.

One being that I have 'Ven' in my name, so I just added -tus to the end to make it SteVentus. And the second reason being that I can deeply relate to Ventus, and that he is my favorite Kingdom Hearts Character, (2nd place being Roxas)

 

How 'bout you guys? What is the story behind your choice of username?

Mine is a combo of three of my favorite things from Kingdom Hearts:

1) the character Riku.

2) The concept of Nobodies.

3) the general mythos around the number 13 (and Roman numerals).

Kotomi is my actual firs name, and also the name of my favorite Clannad character, so... yeah. That's it.

I am "Seeker of Nothingness" because:1-I usually love bad guys from videogames and since Xehanort & Co. are "The Seekers Of Darkness", then I'm part of the gang too;2-Xemnas is my favourite KH character and he's the Lord of Nothingness so... let's say I prefer to seek Nothingness more than Darkness... not that I don't like it of course, but if I have to choose... Xemnas

Ah, I remember that melody. When the song was complete, it brought back All of Ness's memories.My favorite part of Earthbound was the part where Ness defeats his Nightmare and gains a bunch of Stat boosts and gets a bunch of Exp. I remember when it said: "Ness has reached Level 85" <-- Was level 76.

 

Haha, yup! I love the Mother/Earthbound series sooo much. It's my favourite video game series with KH just barely missing first place!

I chose it because Phi Brain is an awesome anime and because I love the main character so much.

I chose it because i love princesses. Disney Princess, obviously. But mostly the Princesses of Heart. And the 25 is for my birthday.

My Name with a funny word that it combines Key with Bash and i'm a girl. The H on Keybash it has a secret, delete the e to the s it leaves you "KH" so... KH = Kingdom Hearts yup i leaved a Kingdom Hearts reference in my username.

Javelin came from my role in usual shooter games: if I'm not in the sky gunning down enemies on the ground, I'm on the high ground shooting at them. There was a joke between my friends that if they ever want to find me, "all you have to do is look up. He's most likely right there shooting at you..." I remarked that my attack style mimicked the FGM-148 Javelin missile system [once launched, it goes up into the sky and then comes down directly above an enemy], so I decided to stick with that moniker.The number came from the fact I wanted it to be a 4, but someone beat me to it. 4 because the group I was in had three hardcore shooters [at the time] who could tank through everything, and I was the supporter [vehicles mostly]. So, I decided to slap 34 at the end of the 4 for easy remembering, plus its implications on the Internet [lol] making it 434 [four thirty-four]

My name actually has many sources:

• I have an adoration for cats
• It was named in honour of the character Souma Kyou from a certain manga series which was associated with cats
• The last 4 numbers are my secret code

 

It's an old joke between friends.  I took a class at my college when I started learning Japanese.  It was such a fun class that we all easily became friends.  There were a few of my friends in the class that discovered I hated the word "kawaii" and I did not like to be called that so of course they teased me all the time.  At one point I snapped back at them.  Problem was that I was still a beginner and didn't know many adjectives so I ended up blurting out 「かわいくないです。おいしいですよ。」(I'm not cute! I'm delicious!)  Everyone laughed and they have called me Oishii-san ever since.

Well, my name is Felix ( yeah I know, very innovative), but I put an extra x at the end, so it's TOTALLY different.

Its my real name lol.

Well I have a reason for all of my usernames. 

 

1- My first username was Axgrce, witch was just a nobody name I gave myself since my real name is Axgrce.

 

2- Sodom is the name of one of my favorite anime creatures. It was a shapesifter from an anime called Uraboku that could turn into a little fluff ball, a neko boy, a dragon, and a wolf. I changed it because I discovered what Sodom really means. 

 

3- Neko-chan was one of my first actual nick-names. It was given to me by KH13's Nora/ Lee. I loved it. And I changed it just because I needed something new.

 

4- My current username, Madam Ciel Nekohive. 

I kept the Madam because of the status a "Madam" name is associated with.

Ciel is the name of the best shota anime character and best boy ever, Ciel Phantomhive.

Nekohive is something me and my friend Soul came up with.

It's a mix of neko and Phantomhive. 

I was pathetic. I always observed the world from a safe distance, scared of being hurt. I was lonely.

Same here! lol. Except, I was using my Google account. (I don't have Facebook)The SteVentus part in the parenthesis was my nickname, and the first part, well, you know.

It's funny you brought up this topic... 

 

When I was creating my pen name, this movie that I watched with my younger sisters acted as an inspiration on which my pen name was based off of: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Radio_Rebel 

 

and the name "Songbird Rebel" came into my mind, got stuck due to liking the ring to the name, and the rest is history.

I though of calling myself 'Master Eraqus' so I can make jokes about spreading wisdom or asking people if they wish to train under me and stuff like that.
