Long ago, two dragons entered into conflict. Grima, the fell dragon, who desired destruction and ruin of humankind, and Naga, the divine dragon who helped the humans against the evil forces of the fell one. Grima was sealed by the Exalt, using Falchion, the legendary weapon, alongside the Fire emblem. With victory for humans and the divine dragon, the world flourished once again; however 1000 years later, Grima was resurrected, bringing chaos to the once peaceful lands.

 

Once again, humans took weapons against it, and with the help of allies from different timelines, the world was saved once again, this time, finishing Grima for good, the lands of Ylisse were once again at peace. But nothing protected these from the hate and darkness inside humans, that´s how the once known Halidom of Ylisse fell down, both Falchion and Fire emblem lost in history, and the Voice, suddenly became silent... until now.

 

 

The continents of Ylisse and Valm, coexisted in the 500 years after the so called War of the Fell Dragon; since then many nations emerged while others vanished into history, nowadays in Ylisse exist the Kingdom of Dormus, ruled by King Ephidel, a nation flourished with the touch of steam technology, Varius, the green valley, and their council in the city of Tellus and the legendary Regna Ferox, land of warriors ruled by the Khan Lord Ragnar.

In Valm continent the old guardians of Chon´sin guided by Yang Chen, the light theocracy of Nazzir, blessed with Primarch Valder´s guidance, and the Principality of Rossane, ruled by centuries by House Virion and his head, lord Firion. Recently the kingdom of Dormus, once a provider of peace, has become a menace, as suddenly started to attack the nations of Various and Regna Ferox, with unknown motives, the land once again struggles with war. In the near frontier with Regna Ferox, a group of mercenaries, hired by Dormus Royalty prepares for a battle, one that truly has a long story to be told. 

 

PROLOGUE: Dormus Test.

 

In a near campside a man, around his 40 years, awakes in the dawn, he needs to receive a few people coming from the city of Dormus, as mercenary, his duty is with his clients, in this case, however..

"Sigh.. I shouldn´t agree with this, but if the old man says this is needed..." Braid, the leader fo the mercenary group said, as he walked out of his tent, in the distance, four people came in the roadside, soon they reached the campside. With a grin smile, he reached the four people coming: " So you are lord Reiner and lady Arcelia, huh? Welcome to the Feroxi Frontier".

 

"So you should be Braid, I suppose there´s no need of introductions then" Reiner said as he went down of his horse walking next to the man. "So I suposse we need to take your test, as you sent in the letter" "Hell right, if you prove your worthy we will follow you to hell, after all your mission is not a field of roses, trying to sneak into Feroxi lands.. call it a suicide." Braid said with a suspicious look over the two royals. "Alright then we will start soon, prepare yourself, as I prepare my group for battle" Finished saying Braid walked inside the camp, reaching a group of people in the center, "Alright you have 2o minutes to prepare to battle, this will be an battle exercise so be ready to be mocked down by me! HAhaha"

-Arcelia-When she and her two guards were called, the Princess let out a loud, uncontrollable wail. She stood slowly though, bringing Evelyn with her. Taking the mage's hand, she walked to the man."My...my brother and guard, Prince Reiner of Dormus, is dead. Evelyn here will fill in until I am able to find my personal guard."

 

"But.. you highness, the Khans orders were..." The guard tried to make sense of his orders, but then Wolt got up, now with bandages on his left hand. "It´s Ok.. she´s not usually taking orders very well. We can take care of it, there will not be troubles for you. Armad, Brooklyn, Maggie, shall we go?" he said while keeping a somehow stressful face.

 

Armad nods. "Aye..." He nods as he heads to the arranged location. Upon arrival he immediately searches it for the safety of the princess

 

"Huh, learning to live to make others smile..." Maggie thought it over. "That is a beautiful philosophy."The thief looked over to the others at the princess' cry, and listened to the guard and Wolt's words. "They want me to come too? Umm... Ok." That didn't make much sense to her, but questioning and making the situation even more confusing and stressful didn't seem like a good idea at the moment. She went over to stand by Brooklyn.

 

Brooklyn joined them as the rumbles of the Guard echoed into the kitchen. As Arcelia made her audible cry, Brooklyn could only resist his words, they fought his better judgment, but he kept them as his thoughts. "It's a tough time. We're all in pain. But if she is to be our leader, or in the least the ruler of her land when it comes to it,she needs to toughen up..." His thoughts could almost form a visible steam cloud from his ears, but he kept them to himself. "I will follow. Lead the way, good sir." Was all he responded with.

 

"Right follow this way!" the guard said as they floowed the hall to the Khan chamber. As they entered the doors closed, Ragnar then started to talk: 

"Sorry for calling you all too suddenly. Let me introduce myself to all of you. I am Ragnar, Khan of Regna Ferox. I know of your loss your highness, but we have grave matters for duscuss." Ragnar said as he looked back again to Rija. "A few days ago, Rija, who you already know, came from Nazzir with an urgent message from the voice herself. At first I had my doubts but after the recent events it seems once more all of us are on great peril." He said while taking a deep breath before continuing.

 

"As you should be very aware, Dormus had started a campaing against us, under the premise we were preparing an invasion to your country. The truth is Dormus is amasing a huge army as we speak. One of our "Sources" in Dormus has revealed that the Kingdom its now called Dormus Empire, by Ephidel himself, declaring war against us and blaming us for the murder of you." he said looking at Arcelia this time. "It seems your country believes you dead, young princess. Good thing you are not hehehe. Anyway... now you will be wondering.. how I knew about you reaching Gules in the first place.. Am I wrong?" HE said while looking at Brooklyn, then once more looking at Rija. "I suppose you can continue from here.. right Rija?" He said while trying to mantain his cool mood.

A dark is hidden amongs the allies, but a shine of hope shall come from the same source of darkness. "Several of those things definitely came to fruition." Ryonne said, breaking the silence. "But what is next?" He asked.

However as soon as he finished the words, one of the guards broke into the room, alongside two people, one was a bard and another a cleric, both recognizable by Maggie and Brooklyn, as part of Braid´s group: Theris and Chloe. "Khan Regnar! we are under attack! Dormus forces has break throught the city walls!" The guard shouted as he tried to catch his breath. "What!?" Ragnar shouted surprised as the noise out the castle gates could be heard.

 

(Ok guys post while you can, also Firo´s Characters are also joining into battle as green units. As long as they introduce with Brooklyn and Maggie the battle setup will appear)

Theris Bowed theatrically.

"Greetings. A pleasure to meet you." His tone was also greatly exaggerated. As that was finished his face took a more serious tone.

"Now on to business. How may i and my sister be of service?" Chloe was quiet almost cowering behind Theris as he spoke. She was just behind his back like a child behind his mother. Theris however was her polar opposite outgoing and almost casual at the moment almost radiating confidence.

Arcelia was silent, but the prophecy...the prophecy meant something. It...it has to be more. More than just the gemstones that belonged on the Fire Emblem. She turned to face Rija.

 

"Rija. The prophecy talked about retrieving things lost long ago...could...could you be saying..." she drew her rapier. "Is the prophecy saying that I can reclaim the lost sword Falchion?"

"Right!" Alexander agreed wih Catrain immediately, nodding in response and a smile, "Lets do our best, for the others" he said in a serious tone, he then looked around, seeing an arena in the vicinity, "Hey Catrain, wanna train a bit? I think some training would do nicely right now, get our minds off of whats happening at the moment." he proposed.

Catrain nodded. "Yeah. We can't fall behind the others." After listening to Alexander's other suggestion and noticing the arena, she responded once again. "Sure! We'll want to be at our best in case anything else comes up soon."

"Now that your on your feet are you okay to walk with me to the infirmary Ei?" said Yany letting go of Ei's arm thinking he was awake. But Ei's body just hit the floor face first making his nose bleed "Oh my! I'm so sorry Ei, I didn't think my attack would knock you out cold." said Yany feeling even worse having now giving him a bloody nose. Yany quickly picked him off the floor putting his arm over her shoulder again "I'll take us both to the infirmary to rest & heal up" said Yany as she wasted no time in heading into the infirmary room soon putting him on one of the beds to rest "Why was I so concerned for him?...It's like when he gets hurt I feel the hurt also..." said Yany as she sat on another bed near the one Ei was resting on "Maybe...I might be..." said Yany as she lay on her bed staring at Ei on his bed right before she fell asleep being to tired to stay awake.

Catrain nodded. "Yeah. We can't fall behind the others." After listening to Alexander's other suggestion and noticing the arena, she responded once again. "Sure! We'll want to be at our best in case anything else comes up soon."

 

 

"Then lets go!" Alexander said with a smile as he walked beside Catrain an Penna, noticing Yani bringing Ei to the infirmary "Hmm." He couldn't help but wonder what happened, Yani was pretty tough, then again, most taguels were a force to be reckoned with even without advanced beast stones, Alexander and Catrain soon entered the training area, "No need to go easy on me Catrain, you too Penna, give it your all" Alexander reassured Catrain as he unsheated his sword, standing in the middle of the arena, gripping his sword as he entered his combat stance, sword held up in front of him, both hands on it.

Brooklyn had stayed silent until this moment. He was still processing everything. This was nothing like what he had planned for... But he had to adjust. He walked over to the Khan, producing Guels. "Sire, if you would please look after this, should I fall in battle I wouldn't want the scoundrels to destroy Guels, if this prophesy were to come true... What I suspect is rather dire." He handed the jewel over, and turned to Arcella. "I wouldn't doubt that, if what her grim prophecy states is to be true, we will need all of that sword's power to win this. But for now..." He looked to everyone in the room. "Move out. We can't let them siege this place, this war would be doomed if we lost the Feroxi force. Let's go!"

Lenord let out a sigh, still thinking about what happened. He wondered who to really trust, as Dephos had turned on him and the others, and as Dormus seemed to be corrupted as it seemed. He held his tome tightly as he thought about all of this. He and the others were lucky to have survived. He let out yet another sigh as he looked around the room.

She gripped Evelyn's hand tightly as everyone prepared to fight.

"...stay close..." she whispered to the mage, then let go to draw her rapier. She turned it over in her hands briefly. It was a fine weapon, but not her favorite one...she hoped they found something more fitting for her soon.

Lenord nodded, and began to run out of the room to help the others confront the enemy forces. He held his tome under his left arm as he went on his way. He was wondering why the Kingdom of Dormus would do any of this, as it was originally peaceful in the past. But he had to put that thought aside, as things had changed. He had to help the others fight back.

Armad grit his teeth as he heard the news of Dormus now attacking Ragna Ferox. He turned to Arcelia. "Princess... Would you like me to rally the mercenaries?" He asked holding back his growing hatred for the army he once belonged to. "It is my understanding that they have had little rest for quite some time. Now but, they are powerful allies..."

Maggie listened quietly as the Khan and messenger spoke. This prophesy thing wasn't exactly reassuring, but at least it indicated that there was some hope... She normally would have shrugged it off, as she didn't believe in fate, but there were too many coincidences.

I'll have to make up for that in other ways. "Let's go, Penna!" Catrain shouted, and her wyvern flew towards Alexander. While speeding towards Alexander, she gripped her axe tightly, and swung at her sparring partner as she got closer, hoping she wouldn't accidentally land a fatal blow or something like that.

Ei slowly opened his eyes, 'Wh-what happened, I remember training with Yany, then getting kicked and that was it.' He thought as he started sitting up, "AH!" He screamed as he grabbed his side and head. He laid back down and looked around the room, he saw Yany laying in the bed next to him. 'Don't tell me she as been here waiting for me to wake up causing her to fall asleep.' He wondered as he looked at her, "I'm sorry I'm so worthless." He whispered as he looked back at the ceiling thinking back to his training fight with Yany, 'I need to continue getting faster with that new stance... Maybe if I just...'

Alexander gripped his sword and smirked at Catrain's statement, "Bet on it!" Alexander agreed, as he readied for Catrain's attack, seeing her flying towards him with Penna, with an axe in hand as she swung at him, in a split second reaction Alexander managed to deflect the axe with his sword, while sidestepping her charge, "Not bad! now here goes!" Alexander said as he rushed at Catrain, without giving her much time to react, as he did an upward slash at her and Penna.

"Damm those empireals! All units pprepare to battle!" Raganar shouted as the guards prepared to enter into battle. Outside the forces od dormus started to atatck the city and their civilians, fire could be see everywhere. The feroxi soldiers tried to help the people to evacuate inside the palace, as it was repared for this ind of assault, they had prepared routes of escape inside the castle to Port Ferox. However the army of Dormus was quicly advancing towards them. Their leader, the captain of the 2nd. Division of assault: Virian, a sorceress of certain dark knowledge, at her 25, with her purple hair and slim figure, she was known as the lethal beauty. 

 

"Hehehhe.. how charming. The voices of suffering and despair, don´t you think the same, Khione?" She said as he looked at the pink haired cavalier next to her. "But oh well tonight we will be able to destroy the nuisance of Khan Ragnar, and Regna Ferox will become part of the empire at last. Well.. Time to attack the castle." She said as she continued to walk into the gates of Vagrante capitol.

TEAMS: As you were separated, you need to reencounter your comrades in order to work more effectively against the enemy. The time needed to rejoin the main team is at the side of the team (Example: (1) = 1 turn to join). You can only join with people of your team, you can only attack the enemies in your wave, and you can only heal or help people of your team. This will be a risky mission but it  will be qquite rewarding if you all manage to survive the 6 turns. Good luck!

TEAMS: As you were separated, you need to reencounter your comrades in order to work more effectively against the enemy. The time needed to rejoin the main team is at the side of the team (Example: (1) = 1 turn to join). You can only join with people of your team, you can only attack the enemies in your wave, and you can only heal or help people of your team. This will be a risky mission but it  will be qquite rewarding if you all manage to survive the 6 turns. Good luck!

(If everyone sees where I'm going with this, good, otherwise, here is my explanation: Arcella and Evelyn, Derik and Rija, Brooklyn and Armad. We need to wipe out the enemy Tech Knights. If possible, the Knights as well, and then maybe one Soldier, if we're lucky. Don't push it, though. We want them to live till the next round, we can handle them having one or two extra unit(s) this time around since next round is mostly Mage-esk units, all of which are weak to Physical and as such are basically ripe for the picking, plus we will still be rather fresh. Plus, we'll only take one/two attack(s) that round. Do not take out all their units on round one. After round one, feel free to field clear the next team, we won't be that harmed by two caviler's and three myrmidon units, at least I hope with our army's size and decent early game health pool (A number of units at levels 2-3 with nearly 30 health already? Hot damn!). After that round, I want everyone to break their leader then pick off the other units. We can handle the others, their leader is too big for us to easily handle right now, keep your guard up. Otherwise, it's not that bad a match... Save the time constraint on our army -_-' Otherwise, fight as you would. Ignore me if you should wish to, but if you do ignore my plan, please, for the love of god, please do not kill the round one unit completely. Kill the high priority units first.)

Arcelia came to a stop at the top of the steps. Before her lay the Dormus Army, leas by the lethal beauty...man Arcelia had wished she would look at her sometimes, but right now she would. With the fury of ten thousand suns and the anger of an entire lineage, Arcelia drew her rapier, but paused to grip Evelyn's shoulder.

"Stay close." She whispered.

 

Then she turned and focused her attention on the Tech Knight, and charged, aiming for his heart, the bastard.

"Virian is mine! DORMUS SHALL DIE BY MY HAND, AND NO OTHER!" She roared in a ferocious battle cry.
