Roxas was the 13th org member, so he was supposed to be the 13th S.O.D, but he became part of sora, but Ho is a Light. So, is roxas dark or light?

I honestly just want Ventus to have Roxas's memories. I don't want everyone who died to magically comeback to life because it cheapens their sacrifices & the story itself in my opinion.

Actually, they may go with that route. I would go as far as to say that Roxas will be a Drive Form in the game if they return.

As we know, Roxas is the 13th member of Organization 13, and supposed to be the 13th seeker of darkness. HOWEVER, Roxas became one with Sora, who is a guardian of Light. (Or not, depending on what you Beleave in.) so, will roxas be a light, darkness, or will forever walk the realm of twighlight? (I mean is roxas between light/darkness.)

I think it's been hinted he will, however, the key to return hearts would be what makes him his own being. In the meantime, he'd still be a nobody before the Key to return hearts is found.

Ah ok, so I've lightly misunderstood it  . I agree, this could work actually pretty well.

DDD and Re:Coded pretty much spell out the return of several characters like Roxas, Namine, and Xion. Why? Because they grew their own separate hearts and bc of that their own identity and being. As Ansem the Wise said in that lengthy ending in DDD, Sora and Ansem's hidden data are the key to their return. I believe the key to returning hearts will also be a factor.

Though Roxas is definitely coming back. It has not been confirmed that the Key to Return Hearts is capable of restoring forms. The only thing we know about it is that Sora needs to find it. We don't even know of its Keyblade. Also Roxas can no longer return as Nobody because Sora has his physical back. When he returns he will be his own person.
