Radiant Garden- Keyblade Academy

Ordinarily, the Radiant Garden Keyblade Academy was rather quiet, at least by the standards of a school. Not much happened, and it was rare for any sort of exciting events to happen in the years of peace that the world had experienced. However, on this particular day, that was about to change. The Masters of the Keyblade Academy were about to send a group of students off on what would be the most important journey since the one taken by Master Sora and his friends in the past. The previous day, almost 20 students had received letters from Master Sora. Each letter shared the same message, though with slight alterations to include the name of its recipient:

Dear (Student),

Hello, this is Master Sora. I would like to let you know that you have been selected to participate in a very important mission. This journey could take a short time, or many months. I apologize if this interferes with your busy schedule, but you will be excused from all missed lessons during this time period. I would like you to convene just outside the Academy tomorrow at noon, by the fountain. You will receive further instructions at that time. I wish you and your fellow companions the best of luck on this journey!

Sincerely, Master Sora

This particular letter and mission were unknown to those who were not participating, unless a participant had informed them ahead of time. It was just the small group leaving on this quest who had any sort of knowledge as to what they were about to face...

Indy arrived at the fountain early. He hated arriving late, and as such, arriving at a meeting very early tended to become something he'd been known for. Noticing that no one else had arrived, he decided to sit down on a nearby bench, waiting for his fellow students to file in. He knew that his best friend, Raidyn, would be going along with him. Aside from that, he had no clue who all would be joining. He just hoped that they would all be ready for whatever they'd need to face. As he sat, he became lost in his thoughts. This mission could potentially mark his first time ever leaving his home world of Radiant Garden. He could finally go out and see more worlds. He could meet new people. Most importantly, he might finally have a chance to track down the person he'd been trying to find for years... He managed to look calm for the most part, though he could feel his hands shaking with excitement. This could very well be the moment he'd waited years for.

"Ohh, but don't we all need a Soft Lap?" She said with a light giggle, then sighed. "Besides, aren't us young ones supposed to take advise from our elders seriously? I get being myself but....mmm, taking this too seriously, I know. Regardless, someone like you deserves a soft lap." Luna spoke with a soft tone, internally wondering what true change would feel like and when it would come.

Zion bit her lip. "...I guess...I do..."

"Oh come on, I talk to people. Like... Raidyn..." It was at this point that Indy realized he really didn't have all that many friends, just like Rei had implied. "And, uh... you, sometimes... I guess that doesn't count in this situation, though..."

Rei crosses her arms. "Uhuh."

Zion bit her lip. "...I guess...I do..."

"No guesses about it, Master.....just, take a load off, okay? We all deserve that, some more than others..." Luna said, still wondering when Sora would arrive.

"How did I get to this scenario...? Eh, I'm not complaining, just...interesting." She thought to herself as she waited while Zion relaxed.

"Oh....oh my." She chuckled softly at the now snoozing Zion. She seemed so peaceful...well, most people are peaceful when sleeping, unless they're either prone to nightmares or just have strong REM Sleeps..."Good gods, I'm a nerd." She thought to herself after this thought process, then just relaxed with her, alternating between looking around for Sora and looking at Zion.

"Zzz...."

Sleeping in a tree next to the fountain snoring on a branch, it was no other than Saki, who was nicknamed "Street Rat" for various reasons. He had the letter on his head almost about to fall. For Saki, he just likes to sleep anywhere, anytime since he didn't really have a home, adding on to the nickname. With everyone talking, Saki stretched and yawned, beginning to wake up. The first thing he remembered was the letter. The letter! Master Sora, giving him a mission, so exciting! He just couldn't wait! All that positive energy was building up inside him! He slowly opened his eyes, stretched out his arms some more, and smoothly stood up on the branch, leaning on the tree. "Guess Who!! Heh heh!" Not caring about what anyone was talking about, he just yelled out that. He had a different bond with each person....Not much for the teachers, although he tries to, but still different bonds. "Saki is awake! Ahh, that was good nap. So, what's happening?" He said.

Zion bit her lip. "...I guess...I do..."

Rei crosses her arms. "Uhuh."

"Well, uh..." Indy was struggling to come up with any sort of witty comeback at this point. "I still don't understand why you seem so insistent on always talking to me like this, anyway. I'm not that special, and I'm certainly not the girl magnet you seemed to imply earlier." He brought up Rei's joke from before, still not entirely sure why she mentioned that.

Indy was shaken out of his thoughts when a girl around his age walked over to him. "Oh, hello." He greeted her. He somewhat recognized her, though he'd never spoken with her before. "I'm good. I'm excited to learn what Master Sora wanted me to come here for... I'm guessing he asked you to meet here, too?" He asked, realizing that she'd probably come over to the fountain for more reasons than to just talk to him.

"Mhm!" Aello nodded vigorously. "I wonder what we are going to do? I have narrowed my favorite ideas down to saving the world from an invasion of taco heartless or defeating an evil witch." She nodded again, this time in a very serious manner.

Suddenly someone glomped Indy at the most random way possible. She grinned."Together again!" She quipped, letting go, almost bouncing up and down. She was full of energy as always, and smiled brightly all the time. She looked over and poked Aello. "Hi." She jumped onto the fountain and turned, leaning forward with her hands clasped behind her back smiling like an adorable anime girl. She seemed pretty at ease and not surprised at this call at all...which made plenty of sense, as her mother was not only her homeroom teacher, but Indy's...and speaking of golden-haired clumsy as hell extremely pervy but utterly innocent and kind homeroom teacher was currently standing on top the fountain, using her shields of light to sleep quietly, waiting for whatever reason the kids were called.

After putting her hand on her arm where Rei had poked her and tilting her head to the side quizzically, Aello returned to default expression- happy smiley face. She plopped down on the ground to get a front row seat of the chaotic conversation that was sure to happen now that Rei was there.

Aello was very pleasantly surprised to hear a familiar loud voice coming from the tree. Seeing as she was getting slightly bored (I admit it, it's actually because she doesn't have the attention span to sit still and quiet for very long), she got up from her spot on the floor to walk over to the tree. Looking up, she stated "That is a strange place to take a nap." She considered his question. "I actually don't know what's going on yet, Saki. I gess we are just waiting for Master Sora to tell us more. I think we will be stopping an invasion of heartless tacos or defeating an evil witch! What do you think we will be doing?" Aello always enjoyed talking to Saki. It was nice to have people as energetic as she was around. She had gotten to the point of considering him a good friend.(Edit- Loooooooooong post. D: )

Saki sat down on the branch, then hung upside down with his slightly spiky hair hanging down, facing the others.

"Something really, really, REALLY cool! Like bashing some bad guys! Saving the world! Going to other worlds! Oooo!" His eyes were filled with so much hype. "I'm so excited, I feel like the world the world is going upside down! Hee Hee!" Saki rose up from the tree and soon enough, he was swinging on the branch with his hands like a playful child with a happy smile. "Wish me landings! All I gotta do is..." With a swing, Saki leaped off the branch and landed on....(FYI, I picked randomly!) Rei. But at least his was okay. "Hehehehe! That was fun! Thanks for breaking my fall! I wanna do it again!" Saki said, so filled with energy he forgot to get off of Rei.

As Zaffic approached the fountain, he could see the others. "Looks like you guys are having fun." he said, with a chuckle. "Seems we've got a lively bunch here. This has got to be some mission if so many of us are going."

(Sorry about this being a bit late, should have done it earlier!)And coming towards the fountain now, were none other than David and Diego. More specifically, David was running towards the fountain at top speed, whilst Diego trailed behind him. David was, however, running a little too fast, and ended up hitting the fountain. Diego sighed, sped up his pace, and helped his friend up when he reached him. "What am I going to do with you?" muttered Diego when David was back on his feet."Sorry!" said David, sheepishly grinning. "I just can't help it if I'm excited! It's a mission! From Master Sora himself! How couldn't you be excited?" he asked, almost bouncing. Normally he'd try to protect an image of cool composure, but that all fell down when he received that letter.Diego sighed again, although he had to admit that he was somewhat excited himself. He just wished that David would show his excitement in a... less exuberant manner. "Fine, fine," he said, "but it's still your fault for wanting to take a nap ea-" Diego froze. He suddenly became aware of the fact that there were other people around, who had arrived before they had. He vaguely recognized some of them, having seen them around, but knowing none of them personally. "David, how about you introduce us," he asked."Alright!" replied David as he looked up and around at everyone. "Hello, everyone! My name is David Froy, and my friend here is Deigo Armado. Just call him Dio. Now I'm sure you've seen us before, we all attend the same academy! However, it seems either all of us have a mission, or the rest of you just happen to be here at the same exact time as us. Either way, I wanted to introduce myself!" said David. He grinned at everybody, whilst Diego just crossed him arms and leaned back against the fountain.(How's this?)

Sandrew had been sitting near the fountain since before any of the others had arrived, but as per susal, he was hardly noticed. It was a trait he was almost oddly proud of: not having a presence. He had sat there with his last assignment for the day, even though he had been excused, he was always a stickler for being a good student. With the last scribble on the page made, Sandrew closed his binder and placed it in his backpack. If he weren't so quiet, maybe someone would notice him. He coughed, hoping to be noticed.

(Sandrew is now Kellam. Totally official.)

"Hi." Annistha waved to David and Dio after their introduction, spraying a few cookie crumbs in the process.

She wiped her month and gave a sheepish grin.

"Sorry." She said. "Food is always ruining my introductions."

Indy was a bit startled when his argument with Rei was suddenly interrupted by... A boy falling on top of her. After realizing what had just happened, he couldn't keep himself from laughing. "That's what you get for tackling me earlier, Rei." He barely managed to get out say the words through his laughter. This odd diversion also distracted him from the conversation long enough to notice someone was starting introductions already.

"Hey. I'm Indy Caelum. I'm definitely here for a mission, too. Same goes for cushion-girl over here." Indy introduced himself, but couldn't keep himself from making a joke about Rei's current position at the same time. "I'd imagine that's what everyone else is here for, too."

(Sandrew is now what? Sorry, I don't think I caught what you just said.)

"Hi." Annistha waved to David and Dio after their introduction, spraying a few cookie crumbs in the process. She wiped her month and gave a sheepish grin."Sorry." She said. "Food is always ruining my introductions."

And the first person to introduce themself was a girl named Annistha. Diego stepped forward, and picked up a crumb. He produced to sniff it, and mutter, "Chocolate? Maybe a pinch of cinnamon...""Just ignore him," said David. "He fancies himself a kind of detective baker, if that makes any sense. Anyway, it's a pleasure to meet you!" he said, bowing. He could be formal, when he felt like it.

Indy was a bit startled when his argument with Rei was suddenly interrupted by... A boy falling on top of her. After realizing what had just happened, he couldn't keep himself from laughing. (He's...Well played.)"Indy, eh?" said David as he turned from Annistha, and extended his hand towards Indy. Totally ignoring Rei, he continued, "Nice to meet you! I'm sure we'll get along famously," he said, hand ready to be shook. Diego for his part, after straightening himself up, just glared at Indy. Not for any dislike for Indy, more for his own enjoyment of glaring. Finally, begrudgingly, he said, "Hello. Name's Diego. It's nice to meet you as well." Diego... was not a people person. Not at all. Which was weird, for he also enjoyed sharing baked goods. He had made several mental notes already. However, he'd always try to make a good first impression, if he could.

Annistha did a little curtsy to David, which looked a little odd as she used her long coat as a skirt for this and was still holding the sheathed Gunblade in her off hand.

"Such a gentleman." She teased. "My name is Annistha, by the way. My brother, Zather, will probably pop up at some point. If he doesn't introduce himself, don't be offended."

The Light Twin turned and chuckled at Rei being used as a landing zone.

"Aren't you usually the one doing that to others?" Annistha laughed, as she offered Rei her free hand as a way up.

-Maximilian Karth-

Maximilian wasn't late due to oversleeping, in fact he woke up early for this meeting, problem was he had a fight picked by a bully who was messing with one of the acamedy's newest students, thats why he was late, a small discussion and some fisfighting solved it.

"Now don't do that again!" He said clearly anrgy as the fight ended in the bully running away, before he could talk to the boy however, he just remembered the appointment, and the fight had taken a few minutes, "F*ck im late!" He said as he simply nodded to the boy as he began to spring out of the dormitories and headed to the school fountain, took him a couple of minutes to get there, but he managed to do so in a few minutes, although using some darkness to speed things up, turning into pretty much a blur of darkness as he did so.

He soon reached the fountain in a burst of dark energy as he tripped and rolled on the ground to recover from it, he wasn't exactly out of breath, but winded nonetheless, hoping no one noticed the scene. "So...uuuh, hey people! nice to see im not too late..." he said with a smile as he examed the area, which already had some people, he decided to find a nearby bench to sit at, hopefully none would look badly at the guy known to cause trouble at the academy...

"I guess I should introduce myself, even though mostly everyone knows me around here..." Saki said to everyone that was near him, still sitting on Rei. "My name's Saki Otori! A.K.A. "Street Rat". You could say I live up to the name around here. Heh heh!" He said happily. It was obvious that he was just bursting with energy like a little child. Saki was so energetic, he forgot he was sitting on a girl.....Completely.

Zar's hallucination noticed someone stumble in and chuckled at his clumsiness. "Man I never thought we were going to see someone so pathetic he tripped over his own shoes." Said his hallucination. Zar looked and saw Maximilian stumble in, "Hey, lay off him, we all have those kinds of days... Except you since you don't exist and all." Zar said back. He stood up and was about to walk over to Max when his hallucination grabbed his hand, "Careful what you say, I'm a part of you remember." Zar was pulled down again, and couldn't move. He finally accepted it and sat down quietly, "Good, you have to remember that without me you wouldn't even be here." So, Zar just remained quiet and waited for the meeting to get underway.

Aello couldn't help but laugh at all the excited chaos going on. People falling all over the place, spontaneous nap taking, and some well timed witty observations. She figured she might as well introduce herself too, since the recently identified David had asked. "Hello! I'm Aello, and I like sugar, interesting people, and the theory that inanimate objects might be able to turn into monsters or heartless!" 'Please let us be going after taco heartless?!' She added in her head.

(Time to make a reference to the original RP~)

An alarm clock beeped loudly in the loud nasily voice of a certain video game character constantly yelling "HURRY UP! HURRY UP!" A boy with Tall Blonde hair in his shorts woke up and rubbed his eyes to see the clock ringing and the time. His eyes widened in shock as he eyed the time.

"TWELVE O'CLOCK? I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET UP AT ELEVEN! CRAP, I'M GONNA BE LATE!" He quickly ran over to his closet and grabbed his signature striped shirt and his lucky stick that he hastily stuffed into his pocket and ran to the kitchen. He jammed some Cereal into his mouth and poured some Milk into his mouth as well as he struggled to get his shirt on. After his short, unsatisfying meal was guzzled down, he ran to the door and yelled "BYE MOM, BYE DAD! I'M OFF ON MY MISSION SO I'LL SEE YOU GUYS LATER!"

He dashed as hard as his legs would carry him towards the center of town, off to the fountain. As he got closer, he noticed that there were a ton of teens around it still hanging around, so he was relieved to know that he wasn't late. However, he was going so fast that he realized he couldn't stop in time. "CRAAAAAAAAAP!" Before he knew it, he had run straight into the black haired kid with a red jacket (Indy) and the kid with Blonde hair and a white coat (Joel) ans the three of them slammed into the fountain.

"Heh...Sorry about that. Thanks for cushioning my crash into the fountain though!" He said to the two kids he'd flattened against the fountain. "So...Uh, who are you guys? Are we leaving soon?"

Rei laid flat for a moment, then accepted Annistha's hand up. Dusting herself off, she look at Nexus.

"Yeah. Which means something is wrong." She growls, clearly not happy at being the one fallen on.

Then Zion lands on top of Saki's head, sitting cross-legged.

"Don't fall on my daughter mkay? I can give you extra homework." She said...then perked up, teleport ing onto Nephilim's lap still cross-legged...

Because Rei had moved.

Like lightning she was beside Indy...one foot behind his heel...her arm clotheslining him into a backwards flip that would have sent him into the fountains cool water...if he didn't end up faceplanting Zion's Dawnguard shield.

"Enough." She said, voice pitched and not joking. "Let's try to not anger your fellow students any more children." Of course Zion looking 17 made it comical, calling everyone children.

Saki fell down forward due to Master Zion landing on his head. "Ow....That felt heavy...." He commented, rubbing his head. When Zion mentioned he would give him extra homework, he felt a bit of fear coming through his body. Not a fan of homework....At all. "Yes miss...." He said, but he added something else, raising his hand.

"Um....I have a fact I want to address. I don't know how, but it's hard for me to not anger anyone even if I'm not trying to. It's a "Thing"." He said, then smiled. Saki couldn't help but smile. He just could not help it! "Tee hee."

-Artemis Thornton-

Artemis sat silent for a while, observing the madness unfold, only commenting when Zion told others to, basically, chill out.

"...this is going to be a long mission." He said with a chuckle.

-Luna "Nephilim" Urbane-

Luna could also only sit and watch as the previously passed out Zion...sat on another persons head crosslegged and then teleported back to her lap, still crosslegged and call the others "children"...then she laughed slightly.

"I can tell you all right now....this is going to be fun." She said, neatening her hair in the process a little.

"Yup! And I can't wait! Hah hah!" Saki jumped up and down, bursting with energy. He jumped around Indy for bit, then jumped over to Luna, obviously the most energetic of the group. "Boingy Boingy hehhehehe!" He stop right in front of Luna, sitting down and smiling happily with his glittering and sparkling staring right at Luna's face. He is just so hyper, he could just pop up anywhere.

A figure with large bat wings descended upon the school, and flew towards the fountain plaza. He touched down, and the wings disappeared into the folds of his scarf. "No more of Vincent's power for a while." He said, and it became apparent that he was carrying a girl. Somrene unceremoniously dropped his sister, who reacted fast enough to land on her feet. Ember smiled at her brother.

"See? I'm like a cat, always landing on my feet!" She said cheerily, clearly not bothered by her brother's actions. Somrene didn't react, striding forward, closer to the others.

"Let's hope you have nine lives too then." Somrene replied, not turning back. Ember merely smiled at the short banter, and skipped ahead, interjecting herself into the group easily.

"Hey y'all! Ember Valentine reporting for duty." The young ninja said, happy to have the opportunity to make some new friends. She and Somrene had never had the chance to meet any other young keybladers, being trained privately, not in a big academy like this one. Someone followed behind, nodding to the gathered students.

"Somrene Valentine." He said, introducing himself curtly as he leaned against a nearby tree, watching Ember make some fast friends.

"Never seen a bat carrying a cat before..." Maximilian Joked at the scene that Ember made with somrene as she greeted the group, he smiled and waved back "Names Maximilian, pleasure to meet you as well" he replied, "You too" he said to Somrene, as he laid back on the bench, "Well this is quite the bunch..." he said looking at the others, specialy Zion dropping saki and teleporting back to Luna's lap, this just made him raise an eyebrow in reaction.

To entertain himself he made an orb of darkness and threw it up and down into the air like a ball, catching it in his hand every time.
