I Don't want flowmotion to be in kingdom hearts 3

Posted

Flowmotion was a really cool battle mechanic and was very easy to get to places very quickly it was a very entertaining ability to use in dream drop distance but while it was fun to use it took the "exploration" from the game in my opinion. With the flowmotion it was possible to skip entire sections of the game. With flowmotion you could easily miss rare items treasure , chest , secret location .etc and it was waay to overpowered. since kingdom hearts is an rpg i think it would be best to just use glide or something so as to not make the game just a hack and slash.

Just from the trailers alone, it looks as though Flowmotion has been greatly watered down. Now I haven't played DDD myself, but man Flowmotion looks OP which I don't want either. But I think in this case it'll be okay.

Peace!

I agree with ya but if the KH III worlds are as big as the DDD ones , then a little Flowmotion help wouldn't be that bad .

In the trailer of KH3 the Flowmotion looked much less OP than in DDD, so you don't need to worry.

KH3 probably uses flowmotion as a flashy name for parkour. I don't expect flowmotion attacks like Buzzsaw to return.

If you are worried about missing items then I have a solution... Don't use flowmotion O_O.Following the trends of KH worlds, they are mostly barren anyway so I wouldn't mind getting through the places quickly. Now if KH3 changes that, I might actually walk instead of flying from area to area.

As far being overpowered go: the enemies are going to be much more intelligent and difficult to defeat. Square Enix are the masters of difficulty.

I doubt Flow Motion will be as strong this time. It will probably be used to manuever enemies more easily in combat and mostly to get around the huge worlds a bit faster.

This is basically what I'd say too.

You could always disable it like in DDD.

You Could i Didn't know that!?

Only the attacks, not the wall kicking

They'll still have glide in the game, they had it in DDD too, but only for Sora.

Sorry, you have no choice. It's in there, but probably not as it was in KH3D. It has evolved into Attraction Flow.

You can alway like.. not use it. :P

I agree 100% it was too cheap. I don't want to have to rely on that like I did in DDD.
