In a world failing to thrive rests a society of varying races.  Some embrace one another, while others shun and condemn them. The Elves have quarrelled with the Humans and now reside closer to the mountain range, while Mages have taken into living sheltered and quiet lives, stifling the whispers of their inherited gifts lest they be torn from their homes and slaughtered like animals.  At the heart of all this chaos and strife stands the Korbenic Empire, ruled by none other than an emperor of blood and power named Korben.  The Korbenic Empire has risen above and beyond all cultures and societies, all due to one experiment having gone right.

 

Tanzynite, a chemical derived from the very core of the earth itself, has been mutated and perfected in the imperial labs and have reached subjects of all natures.  Some variants of Tanzynite can heal, while others can kill.  Some can enhance vitality, strength, and stamina, while others yet can enhance magical abilities.  One of the most valuable of all can alter one's body to be independent and not relying on nutrients for survival, something that others would do almost anything to acquire in a dying world where crops won't prosper.  Tanzynite has also been abused: people crave it, long for it, and kill for it, only to feed their addictions and need for massive amounts of Tanzynite that will eventually corrupt their hearts and cripple their bodies.  While Tanzynite has been a miracle, it has also been a deadly curse.

 

The prices have raised for Tanzynite and alliances to the empire have increased for this substance, creating it nigh impossible for everyone to get their hands on Tanzynite that require it for their very existence.  With alliances the Korbenic Empire has only grown, its power ever influencing upon the world.  With every nation that surrenders to the empire much blood is shed.  Mages, who are considered an abomination, are killed, children are randomly plucked from homes to be brought in for lab experiments, and races other than Humans are oft times experimented on as well--or worse.  Slavery has become abundant on those who are poor, and oppression within the imperial territories is stifling.  Only a handful of nations remain that haven't aligned themselves at the feet of the Empire, and it isn't long before they wither away and die entirely.

 

You have to choose a side in this struggle for mere survival.  Your decisions alone will impact the fate of society as a whole.  Are you apart of the empire, willing to do whatever it takes to ensure you live a comfortable life and remain the empire's right hand man, or are you a freedom fighter who will fight for your society's independence?  Will you embrace others who are different, those who your culture has rejected and rebelled for their difference in race, or will you be defiant and struggle on your own, even though you need them as much as they need you?  You choose, but choose wisely.  The fate of the world rests upon your decision.

RP Rules:

1: No Godmodding/Meta-Gaming, trust me; I'll know.

2: All KH13 RPing Rules are in effect here.

3: You can create as many characters as you want, but try not to bite off more than you can chew i.e: Make too many characters for you to effectively handle.

4: If any rules are broken, you will be given a Warning. Break them again and you're off the RP. Godmodding/Meta-Gaming, depending on severity can result in an immediate removal. My co-host, Mystics Apprentice, can also issue warnings.

5: Feel free to contribute to the story. This is an RP after all.  In fact, I encourage it!

6: If you need to be off the site for long periods of time or just simply wish to leave the RP, please tell us!  That way, you won't just be discounted or thought a deserter for just up and leaving or being too inactive.

7: You can be Rebellion, Empire or a member of the Criminal Underworld. For the latter, I encourage "Batman: Arkham Series Rogues Gallery" levels of creativity for the Criminals, it'll make things interesting.

8: For Non-Human Races, you can pick practically anything you please, be it: Werewolf, Vampire, Succubi, Incubi, Demon, Nephilim, Cambion, etc etc etc.

9: Tanzynite Creation is difficult and requires great scientific expertise, so unless your character is a Scientist, Highly Intelligent or just has a knack for chemicals, you can't create your own Tanzynite Chemicals. (But me and Mystic can. ) You may request Custom Tanzynites be made via PM and I shall evaluate them though.

10: Auto-Hitting and Mass Slaughter are highly restricted here. Only the Hosts can Auto-Hit freely, but we will not abuse it. Mass Slaughter cannot be done on a whim, only if asked for and we shall evaluate.

List of Tanzynite Chemicals:

 

Primary Chemicals: Commonly called: "Instigators". These serve as more offensive and action based abilities.

 

Electro Bolt: "Feel like the Thunder God himself! Electro Bolt will let you fire off bolts of Electricity at will! Warning: Water and Lightning don't mix." With this chemical compound, you can fire Electricity/Lightning from your hands, be it in bursts, a constant stream or a simple jolt. Manifestation: Blue Energy courses through the users veins, along with Electricity coursing around the users body occasionally on its own or at the will of the user.

 

Satan's Touch: "Feel the heat! Satan's Touch will cause you to be able to wreathe whatever you want in Flames! Warning: Fire spreads." This chemical compound will allow you to light anything on fire with Fireballs, Flamethrowing, Fire Breath and allows you to heat anything you touch with your Body Heat. Manifestation: Severe burns on the user's body along with a visible, pulsing and glowing orange heat underneath the body of the user, Irises glow Orange too and Fire seems to be burning inside, ready to be unleashed.

 

Sting of Winter: "Feel the chill in your bones! Sting of Winter gives you Icy Powers to freeze your enemies! Multi-Purpose Capabilities Guaranteed." This chemical compound grants the ability to freeze your enemies, water and other objects. It can also be shaped into Armour and Icy Spikes can be extended from your hands to make yourself a Cryo-Weapon. Manifestation: Permafrost covers body, with the hands having Ice Burns along with small Icicles/Spikes protruding from the skin (Yes, they have blood in them) which can be extended. An Icy Mist emanates from the user and when Armoured and/or using the Icicles as weapons, more ice and burns cover the user.

 

Flash Flood: "Go with the flow! Flash Flood can wash away your enemies! Warning: Water's stronger than you may think." This chemical compound allows you to assail your enemies with Waves of Water to push them away, High-Pressure Jets to wear away at them, mildly telekinetically suspended in the air Bubbles filled with water that can either explode to shower opposition or encase opponents in it to drown them, wear down their limbs or be exploded out of them to weaken and surprise them. Manifestation: Water courses and drips down the users hands but it can be contained around the hands and manipulated for effect, mutations similar to suction cups and barnacles on an Octopus form on the hands and condensation emits from their body.

 

Cyclonic Rush: "Stand firm against the breeze! Cyclonic Rush will blow your enemies away! Warning: Wind does more than push." This chemical compound will let you blow away enemies with Gusts of Wind. It can also allow formation of Mini-Cyclones or Tornadoes to cause major damage. You can also breathe strong air currents from your mouth that can be sustained as long as you can exhale and all wind effects can cause Wind Erosion on a quickened scale, which is particularly painful to enemies. Manifestation: Wind currents circulate around users arms and hands while veins pulse with White Energy, clothing and hair is in a constant Windswept effect due to internal winds blowing.

 

Telekinesis: "Steel your mind! Telekinesis is as blunt as it gets, allowing you to pick up and throw objects with your mind!" This chemical compound allows you to use the Psychic Energy/Potential in your mind to use Psychokinesis/Telekinesis to levitate and throw objects at whim. However, it can also be used to assault the minds of Weak-Willed people, incapacitating them. You can also read minds, but to a limited extent. Manifestation: The force used is visible, but no other discernible effect is present externally on the user. Internally, brainwaves and MRI Readings are radically different from a normal brain.

 

Blinding Light: "Shine amongst the stars! Blinding Light gives you control over the Light to blind your enemies! Warning: It can also burn." This chemical compound allows you to control the Light Element of the Universe to blind, scorch or otherwise impede your enemies with what basically amounts to Pure Energy. Burning Beams can be fired straight from the hands when the power is charged up. Manifestation: Pure Energy courses through the users veins, pulsating at all times. The users hands are crackling with power while the scorching effects of the Light leave blackened burns on the some parts of the skin and visible cracks and tears in the arms produce light as the body attempts to contain it all within.

 

Smothering Darkness: "Cast your enemies into the Shadows! Smothering Darkness lets you control the Darkness and Shadows to assault your enemies! Warning: Power corrupts." This chemical compound allows you to control the Darkness Element of the Universe to smother, corrupt, hurt or otherwise make your opponent suffer with the Shadows themselves or the literal Darkness that resides in everything, including yourself. Shadow Orbs can be created and thrown to explode on impact when the power is charged up. Manifestation: Dark Purple Energy courses through the users veins, softly and slowly pulsating at all times. The users hands are swathed in Dark Mist while the corrupting effects darken the skin on the hands and arms and the skin is flaking off while Dark Tendrils are latching to the skin like parasites. Visible cracks and tears in the arms produce Darkness as the body attempts to contain it all within.

 

Pack-A-Punch: "Feel the power coursing through your muscles! Pack-A-Punch allows you to push boulders and punch walls! Warning: Don't strain yourself." This chemical compound increases your strength greatly, increasing Muscle Mass to 4x their normal mass, allowing for harder punches and kicks along with the ability to lift up heavy objects and even throw them. Manifestation: Bigger, evenly distributed muscles throughout the body, all veins are more pronounced and occasionally a green, glowing fluid flows through them.

 

Rocky Road: "Make the Earth tremble at your step! Rocky Road allows you to shake up the place and throw rocks! Warning: Rocks are hard." This chemical compound allows you to control the Earth Elements to shake the ground with Earthquakes, raise Rock Pillars, throw Rocks, split the ground open and toughen yourself up with Earthy Armour. Manifestation: Hands and forearms are entirely covered in a thick rock cover but still have full mobility, small stones form on the upper arm and the users voice becomes Earthy.

 

 

Secondary Chemicals: Commonly called "Tonics". Have more of a passive, but still apparent effect.

 

Scamper Speed: This Tonic allows the user to run 2x faster than the average person, also allowing them to run for longer, but the user would be at risk of overheating like a Cheetah if they run for too long. Has no manifestation.

 

Chameleon: This Tonic allows the user to become invisible to the naked eye when they stand still for a period of time. It activates after 5 seconds of standing still. It cannot be used when moving. Manifestation is quite evident.

 

Tough Guy/Girl: This Tonic toughens the user up, allowing them to soak up a more damage than a normal person before weakening, dying etc. Has no manifestation.

 

Marksman: This Tonic increases the users Hand-Eye Co-ordination, allowing them to aim firearms better and more effectively. Has no manifestation.

 

Brains and Brains: This Tonic increases the users intelligence and their ability to tinker with things. Has no manifestation.

 

Houdini: This Tonic allows the user to teleport at will. Manifestation: Only appears when teleporting, all veins and irises turn red before the user disappears in a flurry of Rose Petals and Red Mist.

 

Enduring Bolt: This Tonic boosts the stamina of the user, allowing them to run longer, fight longer and exercise longer. Has no manifestation.

 

Night Piercer: This Tonic allows the user to see in the Dark of Night more effectively, works as organic Night Vision Goggles. Manifestation: Eyes glow Night Vision Green when active.

 

Animal Instinct: This Tonic allows the user to sense nearby organics, regardless of species unless they are Demons or Angels. Has no manifestation.

 

Gymnastic Expert: This Tonic grants the user enhanced flexibility and mobility, allowing them to move more fluidly, flip and slink into tight spaces. Has no manifestation.

 

 

Experimental Tanzynite Chemicals - These Chemicals cannot be picked for normal usage and are for certain characters only. However, if you so desire, you can PM me to ask to use these Chemicals, but only one per person.

 

Experimental Strength Compound - Codename "Venom" (Taken by myself, used by NPC's.): This Instigator-Class Chemical was in development by order of the Emperor himself as he wanted Super-Human enforcers with the strength to topple any opposition. It derives partially from the Pack-A-Punch Chemical in concept but strength would be increased to a far greater level than that chemical can offer and makes the subject far more bulky, but requires a Injector System/Harness mounted to the subject to keep the chemical flowing and in effect. It is also far more addictive than average compounds, with the withdrawal symptoms often being so severe that they result in death. Initial tests on human subjects often resulted in death, be it from Cardiac Arrest or their Hearts flat out exploding from the pressure and rush of bodily chemicals and the chemical itself. It was only after one Subject survived and subsequently broke out that they had enough results to make a stable compound. However, the escapee stole all research notes and all samples of the fluid, learned how to produce more and perfect it and has since sold it in the Black Market in the Criminal Underworld. Manifestation: Users are often Seven-Feet Tall, with large muscles, facial scarring, heavily pronounced veins and green glowing fluid frequently flowing through them. Behaviour is often far more aggressive but intelligence is not dampened.

 

Experimental Strength Compound - Codename "TN-1" (Taken by myself, used by NPC's and in Scrap's planned character backstory.) : This Instigator-Class Chemical is currently in the testing phases under the eye of the man who escaped Venom Testing with the compound and is currently trying to improve it and remove its addictive qualities while at the same time creating a "Super-Venom". initial tests made have shown promise, a more permanent transformation of grotesque proportions, with subjects growing to 10 Feet in height, their muscles expanding massively and their strength great enough to blast through a platoon of enemies while shrugging off bullets. As it is in testing phases, there are problems. While the subject is bulletproof and insanely strong, they are not invincible as the full effect takes 10 minutes or more to take effect and usage damages the Memory Centres of the Brain, causing Memory Loss and Brain Damage. Intelligence is dampened as the user roars and is reduced to Hulk Speak and is very single minded, but usually makes up for it in brute strength and it does not require the Harness from Venom. Manifestation: Gargantuan Muscle Growth, greatly pronounced veins with the same green glowing fluid flowing, covered in a green and black mist, eyes glow white-green and temperament is greatly compromised.

 

Experimental DNA Bonding Compound - Demonic DNA - Codename: "Devil's Blood" (Taken by Mystics Apprentice.): In an attempt to harness the great power Elder Demons, or "Devils" as they are nicknamed, the Emperor captured an Elder Demon and took a sample of its DNA to his scientists to bond it to subjects in order to give his Guards more power, maybe even himself if successful. The bonding process was initially a disaster, Subjects being literally torn apart as the Devil Cells destroyed their Cells, making it impossible to create a Viable Life Form. However, in a last gambit, they attempted to create another cell to stabilize the Devil Cell into co-operating with the Subject's Cells and merging with them, called "GENOCELL". This artificial cell was mixed into the compound and injected into their last subjects, creating what they wanted, giving the Subjects the Powers, physiology and ability of the Elder Demons, slightly filtered down due to the Artificial Hybrid nature. Unfortunately, only one was left and they escaped due to an oversight that the Survivor has since corrected: GENOCELL was hastily made and thus was not perfected and eventually deteriorated, leaving many of them to be torn apart like the rest, while the survivor was able to fix the Artificial Cell and survive in the Criminal Underworld as a Super-Villain alongside many others, including the Venom Survivor. Manifestation: Demonic Wings, Talons, Demonic Energy crackles unstably and their power is but a shadow of a True Elder Demon. Their skin is scaly, red and their eyes completely yellow and glowing, small horns protrude from their head.

 

There can also be only one Elder Demon and that role can be given to any who wish to have it and be a Main Villain alongside Emperor Korben, but against everyone including the Emperor. If you want it, PM me. If not, I will assume the role.

I have taken the role of Elder Demon.

 

And there are many other miscellaneous Tonics that increase Longevity and other such things that will go unnamed.

Zee interest level . . . she spiked, honh?  Oui, that it did!  I shall have to check out these RPs later, considering my almost equal love for Fire Emblem and original plots.  As for that artist, he has a lot of good-quality pieces.  Maybe this is a sign that I should hop on dA more often than every few years.

 

Additionally, I love your choice of abilities for your vamped Sylar, umbrakinesis especially.  The manipulation of shadows has always intrigued me, especially how Heroes Reborn is doing it.  I have too many favourite abilities, ranging from electrokinesis to terrakinesis to atmokinesis, but no strictly defined favourite.  I could imagine myself being more akin to air or electricity than anything else, however.

 

How about yourselves?  Any superpowers you crave?  I doubt anyone would want to have the ability to know how things work like a certain supervillain previously mentioned.

-Emperor Korben- Uzume's annoying voice was bad enough, but amplified to damaging soundwaves was like Hell had consumed their world and made them suffer for eternity and beyond. Korben however managed to ignore the assault on his ears and self as best he could and charged at Uzume again, grabbing the false Goddess and hurling her into the ground, then diving towards her with both feet extended at hyper-fast speeds towards her ribs, even charging his feet with Darkness to create a shockwave upon landing. A highly damaging, corrupting shockwave. -Slade Joseph Wilson- Slade was amused by the events occurring before him with Ryonne and Viridem, then cleared his throat and puffed his Cigar again upon their offer to take him and Mikhail with them."If Mikhail has no problem with it, I shall accompany you with him." He told them, then put out his Cigar on his left hand and threw it away, taking his Helmet off of its holder on his waist and putting it back upon his head. -Ayane Takahashi "Shinobi"- Shinobi scoffed a little. "It is no question that I find you attractive, Rija. Problem being that I have no chance with you even the slightest, and that's not because of ambiguity." She gested, stretching a little herself."Korben? Ahh, I'm sure he's fine, but I'll come with!" Okay, he was laying it on thick...but truth be told, she was undermanned for this. But something she had learned a long time ago, being part demon and trying to overcome such an evil nature...was that those who didn't fight who they were to become what they wanted, were doomed to dragging others down.

"I thank you, but I recall something about numbers. Numbers, do not win a war. But they do help." She crossed her arms tighter. "If you truly wish to help, I need detailed information on each of the targets I am sending my forces at. Doing so will ensure I can effectively disperse my manpower to compensate for low numbers. That, or I find the less desirable of society and tell them anything we leave unburned is theirs. Many would jump at the chance to steal Imperial technology." She tilted her head. "So, if you're so intel savvy...I'll need that by tomorrow."

 

Eclaire then turned to Yevgeni.

"I will topple the Empire and replace it with a republic. You cannot remove a goverment and let everyone fend for themselves. Anarchy will reign, more will die from toppling the Empire than have died from the Empire. So if all you want is it's destruction, that you will find. But my endgame is to replace it with something better. And while I will lead at first, I will step down once everything is done and allow the people to vote. If that is not what your blade calls, so be it. But I need every man I can get to form a fighting force to oppose them. I need enough to invade Langerdon proper, and I can only do this by stealing everything that the Empire decides to ignore."

The Masked Man listened to Eclaire intently, seeing that when she drops the shroud of no-nonsense ever and calms a bit, she can be quite intelligent, knowing how to use her numbers correctly.

Then she made the offer of having him be her Intel Gatherer, eliciting a confident smirk from beneath his mask. "Very well. Apart from the Citadel, where else do you plan to attack?" He asked, for he could not go into such a task blind.

Eclaire's words were a bit for Yevgeni to swallow.  His hazel eyes shifted to the masked man momentarily before returning to the rose-haired woman's face. "I understand what you're saying.  you don't only want to see the empire go down, but you want to make the imperial territory better for everyone.  You have a big heart to care about that imperial scum so much.  They know what they're supporting and getting themselves into, and yet they still fund it by paying sky-high taxes."  Everything imperial disgusted Yev, from the empire himself to the lowlifes prancing around Langerdon.  He'd met and seen these imperial folk as a child when they'd come looking for his father.  They were cold and murderous--all of them--and he wished to see all of them die.

 

However, Eclaire did want to see the empire fall, as did Yevgeni, and he had to admit his chances of defeating the empire single-handedly with Mikhail wouldn't have been a successful effort.  If he wanted to make any progress he had to trust her, or at least a small amount.  If she did something shady he could very well betray her, but she would be useful to see the empire fall, that was for certain.  With as little as he doubted Vortludo's judgment, he seemed like a noble man and wouldn't put up with injustice from Eclaire, if she were to abuse her power.

 

Finally, and with noticeable effort, Yevgeni nodded and extended his head.  "Very well, I accept your terms.  My blade and magic is at your service, Lady Eclaire.  I couldn't help but overhear, but you plan to send a party out to Langerdon soon, yes?  If you don't mind my suggesting, perhaps you would like someone to infiltrate the empire first and observe?  I have imperial clearance because I was born in Langerdon, you see, so I am a citizen that is free to come and go as I please.  I think you'll find this very useful, even if you don't require it now.  My face is not yet marked a traitor."

 

-Ariana-

For a moment Ari could only stare, stunned, as the small girl bawled into her chest and apologized.  Finally she sighed, tightly bringing an arm across the girl and clutching her head to her chest.  Her breath came in ragged gasps as she held her close.  "And I thank you, my pet.  You have never let me down and have always been loyal.  All of my pupils have betrayed me, but you"--she tore the girl away from her and stared her in the eye before giving her a shallow smile--"have always lived up to my expectations.  You have done well."

 

Her words fell short when the Doctor made his appearance, observing them before speaking.  For some reason Ari always had a mild distaste for the clinic--and doctors in general.  Letting go of Chrysalis she folded her arms across her chest, giving him a cool stare, her dark-violet irises never leaving him.  At the mention of test subjects her blood nearly boiled.  "Oh, I am much more than a test subject, you fool.  At least I'm not a lab rat doing whatever it is His Excellency demands, testing on little children until it kills them."  She rubbed her arm as a shooting pain went down it.  "However, I will try to keep myself alive, if that's what you're after."

 

Once the doctor seemed through inspecting them Ari brushed some dark hair from her face, looking impatient.  "If you're quite through, am I good to leave?  I must report what happened in Rhasolvich and take care of the mess we've made."  A shiver went down her spine, her gaze stealing over to Chrysalis.  She placed a hand on the girl's back protectively.  She didn't know why, but it felt good for someone in the world to care for her and, even if she wouldn't admit it, she partly cared back.  The girl was hers.  Always.

~The Doctor~"Humph. So harsh and ignorant. If that is what pleases you, then I will be on my way." He said, turning back to the door, and beginning to walk away. But before he left, one of Ariana's words sunk in. He turned his head back, his eyes alight behind his tinted glasses. "And know one thing you synthetic demon. I will never approve of human testing until I am completely certain that the compound will have no dramatic side effects. And I especially will not do so on innocent children. Call me a selfish narcissist all you like, but at least I have some semblance of honor in the work that I do, unlike you, mademoiselle. Now then, good day. I have to go prevent a compound from killing its host." He said, departing, his boots clacking hard against the tile. He felt a sudden and strong dislike towards the woman. Oh well. He needed to go find a mage that would be willing to give him some blood. He was originally going to test Ariana or Chrys' blood to find his solution to the SPARTAN serum, but he had just decided that he would rather deal with a Mage than them right now.

As the Doctor departed leaving Ariana & Chrysalis all alone in the room Plutia's dark purple eyes glowed within a darkened part of that room before a cold chill ran down Ariana's & Chrysalis's spines. "Well, well, I thought he'd never leave us alone together. But you know how man are" said Plutia as she revealed herself to Ariana & Chrysalis as she came into the light of the room "My name is Plutia, I used to be your masters left hand woman. It's truly a pleasure to finally met Korben's right hand woman...Ariana" said Plutia As she revealed herself she looked different from before, There were strange black patterns glowing as they covered all of Plutia's body & 2 mini hypnosis eyes floated around her. Plutia was in her 2nd goddess form. "It's a good thing I remembered where your location was before Korben smashed my scouter, hehe. What an idiot he's become, thinking I don't plan ahead, hehe" said Plutia as 7 soldiers then revealed themselves all around Ariana & Chrysalis pointing their guns at them "We-we're sorry miss Ariana, we can't control our own bodies for some reason" said one of the soldiers pointing his gun at Ariana.

 

"My new master wants info on Korben's plans for not only the rebels but anything else he's planning on my dear, & it's your pretty mouth that will speak that info for my master, even if I have to punish that nice tight body of yours my dear Ariana." said Plutia as she then got out her whip sword smashing it on the floor as it extended out to be a whip. "Oh, & don't worry about anyone else interfering with us, I took measures to make sure not only Korben is kept busy but his entire empire troops too, hehe" said Plutia showing a little grin. Just then some of the empire troops that where on red alert searching the Palace started to shoot at each other, the mechs & the turrets. 

~Cobica~"Oh great, we managed to bring in another divine loser." The doors opened behind Eclaire, Yevgeni, and the Masked Man. Cobica stepped out, his casual swagger as evident as always. "I swear, every other person in this organization is a god, or angel, or angel God." Cobica said, glancing Yevgeni up and down. "Never mind, I take it back, else I'd be a hypocrite. Half breed are ya? We gotta stick together. After all, never know when mommy or daddy will get tired of us and just toss us out the window like a fast food bag." His words were sharp, but seemed to strike a vein even as he said them. Cobica's eyes looked to the Masked Man. "Ooh, and a full blooded demon. Wonderful. I guess I was complaining about the overpopulation of holy power in the Order, but I'm not sure I want it to be balanced out by filth like you." Cobica said like he had a grudge.

As for general happenings...

Fiora, Jadis, and Rufus have gone back into the village of Rhasolvich to save some people from the wreckage that Chrys caused after Henry and Neena departed

Cyler has attacked Brooklyn and Sandrew after disguising himself as one of their friends

Vortludo departed Mikhail and Slade, but shortly afterwards Viridem and Ryonne have asked them to come along on the attack on the citadel

Korben, after interrogating Uzume, was interrupted by Plutia, which caused Uzume to escape and begin attacking Korben, which is happening while Gabriel and Yltriss fight Peashy into submission. Peashy then escapes.

Rija and Shinobi were training, and were about to go see Korben when Maxis comes into to pick a fight.

Black and White: Two enchanted semi-automatic pistols. They can also serve as conduits similar to Merciless. The enchantments on them allow them to fire without pause and without need for reloading.

Race Power: Being a Nephilim, Cobica has access to incredible amounts of power. His strength, speed, and endurance and far beyond that of a normal human's, being able to fight for days without collapsing or losing significant amounts of power. His healing factor is also quite large, recovering from otherwise mortal wounds in a few days, and minor injuries rarely make him squeak. He can channel holy and demonic energies into his own body, altering some of his capabilities. When using his angelic talents, he can teleport and also has an increased reaction time, however, he loses some of his otherwise immense strength. Alternatively, when channeling demonic energy, his capabilities increase again, becoming even stronger and faster, but losing a lot of his healing factor, taking a lot more damage.

Bio: A son of an angel and demon, Cobica was never liked. He was shunned, beaten, bullied. He did have a caring family, especially an older brother by the name of Zanza. They loved each other very much, and got along very well. As immortal brothers will do, they often fought to collapse and set each other on fire, all in the name of fun. It was great. But it could not last. Cobica was kidnapped by those disapproving. His mother and father searched for a very long time, but could never find him again. In the end, they wiped Zanza's memory clean of the event, so that the memories would not consume him whole. Meanwhile, Cobica had become a gladiator. A spectacle, side show act. He grew up tough and mean, fighting to survive against much older demons and angels. He never gave up, hoping that he could one day rejoin his family. That day never came. Fight after fight, day after day, Cobica didn't give up. Eventually, he decided he had enough of this life. He busted out, crushing the wall. Cobica set out into the world. He became even stronger in his search for his brother and parents, learning ancient magics. All he found was sadness. He did not approach them, but he saw how happy they were without him. Cobica decided he was better off without them. He became aloof, doing nothing all day. He didn't make much honest money, an occasional merc job, but otherwise just stealing what he wanted, mostly from large corporations or criminals. His life was empty. Korben and the empire were there, but he didn't really care. He had been approached by imperial soldiers for recruitment, but he flatly refused, not liking such a structured life.

 

At this point he has joined the Order of Lux. Why? He thought it might be fun to take down an empire.

Personality: Aloof and uncaring, Cobica does whatever he likes. He engages in debauchery and violence for fun and shows respect for no one, including Eclaire and other members of the Order. Despite this behavior, Cobica feels empty inside. He doesn't have anything to live for, and it shows in his fighting style, allowing himself to be hurt and doing dangerous thing for the same result that a careful plan would get him. Secretly, he hopes that one day he might find something again, just like his family back when he was a gladiator.

Thanks. I really do like reading RPs, I think it's fun to do when I have some spare time. And when I have as many characters as this... It's generally best to keep up with all the scenarios going on, which helps me when I have a need for a character of mine to do something, I can, with reasonable logic, just insert them into that scenario instead of making up my own and just hoping that someone will come along.
