Anyone else remember when this game was mentioned years ago, then everyone thought it was cancelled? Yeah... It comes out in Japan as a download title next week on February 3. No word on an international release, but... I just had to share this. It looks so ridiculous.

This looks... Rather interesting. But also disturbing in some ways. That's one crazy awesome Pikachu...

Yey the detective game is true ok 3DS but still nice.

When ur Pikachu speaks Japanese and other Pikachus can't (also his voice is actually cool...ish)

Also why is his partner just wearing a hoodie and white t-shirt so unprofessional smh

Never saw THAT coming, I'll be honest.

Calling it, the detective pikachu was originally a human and somehow turned into a pikachu.

A talking Pikachu? Looks like Meowth has some competition. 

I was like: "Oh, how cute, a detective version of Pikachu!  I wonder who that person is talking though?  His human partner, perhaps?"  But when Pikachu turned around and spoke, I can't explain it, but my face just went into a state of shock!  I felt traumatized from that moment forward!

 

But yeah, a Private Eye Pikachu!  That should be interesting!

I'll be honest....

 

I'm actually starting to like this. I'm not saying I'm into detective stuff, but it looks interesting. Plus, I was very surprised by Pikachu's voice! I never expected him to sound so...Adult. I'm just wondering how he can speak and why Pikachu is doing this in the first place or what introduced him to it.

 

So MANY QUESTIONS! The game is basically a mystery of itself!
