I would spend a day with Master Xehanort because he knows so much and listening to his stories while walking through the Keyblade Graveyard would be quite cool and also heart wrenching because the Keyblade War is like a horror story seeing how bad it was.

Anyone but Ansem and Xemnas, due to their constant speeches of darkness and hearts and nothing.

I'd pick Master Xehanort. The wisest and most knowledgeable of the incarnations

Xemnas so he could explain the ins and outs of nobodys so one day i could live forever

with 1 and 2 i would spend the whole day snatching bodies. 3 would lead to not knowing where to strangle strangling, 4 makes my head hurt. 5 is too conceded, and 6 would end up with me dyeing so... I'll just go with the one that drowned my gold fish

Either Xenmas or Young Xehanort.  Both are so damn sexy!

 

Master Xehanort would be interesting too, because I could gain quite a bit of knowledge from him.
