Sonic 3D Blast

Sonic and the Secret Rings

Sonic and the Black Knight

Sonic X

Wave from Akame ga Kill

HMK

Axel/Roxas (please don't hate me)... yeah, it's a bit morally questionable. But I don't know, I just can't stop shipping it.

Also, Shinji Ikari from Evangelion. Not everyone hates him, but quite a few people do. I think he's a realistic and somewhat relatable character.

That's probably all?

Though, I kinda want to include CLAMP, too. :D They used to be super popular and still are to some extent, but nowadays they're just getting so much hate... The reasons for that are totally understandable, since most of their series are deeply flawed in one way or another (not making any sense or just not having an ending), but I love them anyway. ^^ The series still have some interesting ideas, and there are some that are actually really good, and have a proper ending (like Cardcaptor Sakura or Tokyo Babylon).

I'm just rambling now.

- Kingdom Hearts DDD

- Kingdom Hearts 358/2

- Xion

- Saix

- Larxene

- Final Fantasy V (not sure if its hated, but its pretty forgotten)

- Dragon Quest Series (same as above)

- Star Ocean 4

- Mario & Luigi Dream Team

- Mario & Luigi Paper Jam

- Super Paper Mario

(There's probably more, but I can't think of any at the moment)

Comic Sans. I don't really get how people think it's an ugly font.

No one hates Axel/Roxas by many. i see people hate it but nothing major.

I guess it's a polar thing... There's people who love it, and people who hate it. Idk, I've just seen a lot of hate, so I thought I'd include it. :D

-OUAT (Once upon A Time)

It's a guilty pleasure. Sue me.

-bad horror sequels

If it makes me laugh, and has a 3 or higher, I'm game.

-Hidden object games

I don't know... just a quirk.

-The Asylum company's releases

Anyone who knows them will probably despise this, but their films aren't that bad.

-KH:Days

Still my favorite. Forget the hate.

-Syfy made for tv films

I have no excuse.

- Cosplay (I heard some of the people in my country don't like it)

- Rap Music

- Anime and Game (Some people here think that those only for Children, I believe it not)

  • 2 weeks later...

Ice Age: Collision Course.

Xenoblade X's plot/characters. People compare it to the original Xenoblade all the time and I almost only see negativity about this aspect of the game, but I enjoyed it. Not as deep as the original's story, but it still hooked me in and that's enough for me. I'm also one of the few that would say the game's on par with the original but that doesn't fit in with the question of this thread.

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. Haven't finished it (Wii broke halfway through and since then I just fell out of the pace I had going), but from what I played, it's a fantastic game.

Boruto: Naruto Next Generations. Its 3 chapters in and people are already giving it a lot of crap, and it's just retread of the movie so far, but I'm excited to see where it goes. I also don't think the art's bad at all. It's just different, which is to be expected when a new person's in charge.

And the most controversial one... The Star Wars prequels. I and II are my least favorite movies in the saga, but I still love all seven movies enough to say that the Star Wars franchise in general is my favorite "movie." They expanded upon the universe a lot, and seeing Anakin's rise and fall was really interesting. They had some flaws, sure, but they're still great movies.

BioShock 2. That's the game that the fewest people actually like in the franchise, which is baffling to me because it's got tight gameplay, cool unique weapons and powers, and a story that doesn't rely on a huge twist to be impactful.

Also, more embarrassingly, Postal 2. It's a crude, unfunny, poorly made FPS, but somehow it strikes a chord that resonates with the dumb, immature part of my brain. Something about asking someone to sign my firetrucking petition and them shooting them with an assault rifle I earlier jammed up a cat's butthole makes me happy in a really stupid way.

Re:Coded and KHX

I don't think most people hate KHX, just upset they can't play the original game in English. If anything, people hate KHUX more. :P

No, back in the day and even now, people hate KHX but no one talks about it now because they don't have to play it anymore because of KHUX.

Not really. I haven't seen much hate. They just hated the fact that it was Japanese only. Last sentence pretty much bumps that, haha.

I guess the one thing for me would be myself honestly. No one ever talks to me even when I try to talk to them, so I get the impression they hate me. But I'll still love me! :D

They hated that it was Japan only, canon all of a sudden, gameplay, story, and micro-transactions. Sora96 said most of this a lot.

I forgot to mention one of the most important ones on my list: Super Smash Bros. Brawl. It's a fantastic game that I don't think gets fair treatment from the Smash community. Doesn't help that a lot of competitive players will insult anyone that even slightly enjoys the game.
