Looks more like a stampede than a tornado of Shadows, but it's nice they're included in chi. Now about that topic that asked if Black Costumes could appear in 0.2...

They were probably limited on what they can do for KH X.

I didn't even look at the level. Just by its design it looks tough. Cant wait to see it in 0.2

I just fought it and it's not all that bad, with all of the things I have equipped on me. At LV 999, you're using 2 AP per turn ( if you didn't defeat it yet), it's not as bad as the Foretellers. 

 

At LV 116.

11 turns.

Now the good side needs a stampede filled with all the FF, KH and Disney characters xD
