I just fought it and it's not all that bad, with all of the things I have equipped on me. At LV 999, you're using 2 AP per turn ( if you didn't defeat it yet), it's not as bad as the Foretellers. 

 

At LV 116.

11 turns.

Now the good side needs a stampede filled with all the FF, KH and Disney characters
