I remember them saying they wanted the box to match HD1.5's, and it looks like this lines up with that. Very cool.

Pretty cool of them to do this, wish it had better goodies though. Hopefully when they officially announce this they do it alongside a beefier Collection Edition with some of the stuff from Japan's Collector's Pack (maybe SE store-exclusive?)

There isn't much point in that, half the artbook is what we got with 1.5 and the other half is just old artwork. And the soundtracks will be released in Japan next month in full, NA and EU will have them as imports if not a proper release.

Well, I pre-ordered it. I'm disappointed to be only getting a pin, but at the very least the game will be fun.

At the very least I hope that there is an artbook as part of the case like 1.5 did, whether it's old art or not, I still love having that, especially if the first one had it. It just feels consistent, you know? At the very least, whatever they do next year, I hope they celebrate the 13th anniversary by bringing the bundle over to the rest of the world. I really wish Square would stop alienating other countries like this so much. As for the soundtracks, I also hope that by next year Square will release all of the big soundtracks into NA and EU stores and onto iTunes, particularly Complete, BbS/Days/Re:coded, Dream Drop Distance, and 1.5 and 2.5. I've been trying to download them through another app, but I've come to the point where I'm starting to run out of space and all of the songs I have I don't want to delete. I'm hoping that at least iTunes will get these tracks at some point so that I don't have to worry about loosing those songs at any point.

Alright, that makes the package a little better. But I'm still not happy about the pin. What I might end up doing is just order some of the bonus material online and call that a complete package.
