Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue confirmed to appear at Jump Festa 2016 (December 2015) with a new trailer

Not to sound condensing, but can we have the KH3 trailer as well? Not really interested in 2.8.

But it has new stuff. 

Don't really care, I'm not buying it to play only 0.2, I'll just watch the cutscenes of both X Backcover and 0.2 online.

I'll be happy if they show at least something for KH3.  Even if it is small.  It's a nice reminder that they are hopefully working on the game and are making progress.

Gahh, this is exciting news!  I just knew that something Kingdom Hearts related would be appearing at Jump Festa, I just knew it!  Now, all we have to do is hope that we'll be able to see this trailer!  Oh my God, what if we get new footage of Aqua!?  What if we get a look at the Foretellers in the Kingdom Shader engine!?  WHAT IF AT LEAST ONE NEW SECRET BOSS IS ADDED TO DREAM DROP DISTANCE!?  Gahhh, I can't wait for December 19th!  Hopefully, we'll get a surprise KHIII trailer too, but if not, I'll be more than happy with the 2.8 trailer!

Yea. This is weird since non of the games on this one is a PS exclusive. So there's really no excuse. But nevertheless it isn't my game, so i have no say. Just criticism.

2.8 is a special case. It's probably harder to map touch controls to a button interface. Also, why to Microsoft fans care about KH? It's never been on Microsoft before.

And what would 2.9 include exactly? They already confirmed they have no intention of porting 1.5 or 2.5, and furthermore said 2.8 is titled "Final Chapter Prologue" because it will be the very last release until KH3. 2.9 isn't happening. Though we may get lucky and get . . . . .Kingdom Hearts. . . . . . .Re:Connect-The Dark Seeker Cronicle-The year after KH3 comes out.

If you have been talking about HD2.8, then forget about an XboxOne release. KH3 is the priority right now and porting it to the XboxOne would take too long. There is your reason. If you want KH3 soon, then there will have to be an inconvenience somewhere else.

If you told me that outright then it would have made more sense. However, it wasn't from one of those interviews or KHIII website (I wanted 2.8HD, btw). I still want to see an interview of someone asking Nomura that exact same question.

You would get that same answer. He even said that when asked about why no multiplayer for HD2.5. If they did, KH3 would be delayed. Just keep that in mind for every title from here until KH3 is out.
