And the thing is, that's just the subbers. In episode...I don't know, whenever Italy randomly grows up, still wearing his feminine clothes and singing Marukaite Chikyuu, the subbers put it as "I sound like a gentleman!" But he actually says something like, "Boku no koe wa hen'na da!" which just translates to "My voice sounds weird!" So they are actually just adding more humor.I don't know enough Japanese to figure out this on my own, but America doesn't really say "I choose you, China!" either. But that's beside the point.

Might as well review the voices. Vanitas: Really great. The end of his video was a little awkward, but he sounds enough like to make me happy. Ventus: Lacking in emotion in my opinion. Sounds like Ven, but needs more work on trying to get out a message. Aqua: I really like the voice. She sounds like I want the English to sound like. But it's a little too quiet. Mickey: Hmm...he sounds like he's Mickey, but I think that he's even a little too excited. I like him in general.

I'm guessing that it's from all the racism. That's why they dropped the dub in the first place. EDIT: Another confusing revelation...looks like the dub's still going on...I don't know. But now my parents won't let me buy it.

Like what has been said, if you use a gmv without speaking, Japanese subs is the way to go. But, if you're still getting the hang of using text in videos as emphasis, then you can go with English subs, but, in my opinion, it still looks better without them. And though unlikely, if you post a video on a site targeted for Japanese speakers, then use English so as not to distract them. Does that make sense?

I <3 blue. It's just too smexy. But my own is a sort of...dark orange? It used to be green-brown, but then went normal brown, and now people say it's orange. I don't know how my eyes can be orange, but w/e.

Yes. This is more like it. This is one of the better things you've made, Mike. Hope: The voice fit well, kudos on that. But it could have used a little more flow. There were some times that it seemed to drag, and other times seemed too articulate. Try listening to natural speech a bit more, that might help. Vanille: Nice job on this too, Cricket. The voice fit nicely as well. But, there were a few times when the American accent became Australian, so try and be more careful about that. Also, it may be your mic, or the mixing, but the sound was slightly distorted. Try to find a good area away from your mic that doesn't sound like a tunnel, but doesn't sound like you're right in front of it, either. Mixing: The music was perfect. The sound effects, or sound effect (was there just the birds?) sounded natural. There were a few times when the audio didn't match the flaps, but nice work. All in all, this sounds pretty good.
