    I got a genius plan. Why doesn't Team Rocket make a Thunderstone Cannon. Just shoot hundreds of Thunderstones at Pikachu for like a good 12 second and evolve him. Problem, Ash?

    Evolve him, he's stronger, capture him, fail, blast off again, but they get the satisfaction of trolling Ash because who doesn't want to troll the main protagonist who never ages. Yeppers.
