I'm guessing you never had carrot cake? Trust me, carrot cake does not have actual carrots on it. Carrots are grated and are baked into a cake, like banana bread. It taste nothing like carrot so don't worry about it or anything. It might have a slight carrot flavor, but when I have some, they really don't. I loved carrot cake when I made it in my Advance Cooking class. After Gym, I ate it with cream and OMG it's heaven. Too bad my friends were stealing some of it. I was kind of pissed of >.> Oh dull me Thanks I'm sorry you lost that heavenly cake o.o
