This is like Linkin Park-In the end. Somehow. Positive: This really gives the chilling flow of emptiness, you describe the feeling quite well and realistic, well done. But this seems consuming to both the writer and the audience, therefore it seems kinda juvenile form of art. it's okay if that's your ideology, but if you want to upgrade it in more literature-non consuming thing, the spoiler is hopefully helps, maybe (since I haven't really made research about this, just personal opinion)

His girly things is a secret behind the cloak of 'perfect school guy' image while his friend secretly making him inspiration for his own romance manga and basically the comedy goes there, but it's really heartwarming, I think. -Saiunkoku Monogatari http://www.mangafox.com/manga/saiunkoku_monogatari/ Takes place in kingdom age, this girl is chosen to accompany a spoiled emperor in order to that emperor discipline himself. More developed to morale of government-ing at the end, but still full of romance in the beginning, and full of bishounen, for sure -Takkoku!!! http://www.mangafox.com/manga/takkoku/ Well this is more to shounen romance actually, mixed well with sports-comedy. It is basically when Japan has a law that to go out with someone you love, you gotta win a ping pong match first. The main character is a unique guy who have to travel the world and when he comes back to confess to the girl he told to be waiting, this law exist, and he sucks at ping-pong. There's more of that actually, but this should be enough as synopsis.

Well, for those in realistic nature like GTA sure it's quite YES but for your example, I may agree with you, as long as it's not realistic it's okay. I'm not saying this like parents-like, but I've read that some brats really confessed that GTA made him did burglary. And for safety I think it's kinda ok for some violence-themed games being banned, not everyone is mentally-stable as we do, close-to-psychopath people do exist. The only way to prevent them from thinking anything bad is by them not knowing it, I suppose (or maybe at least that's what govs think) Also I chose second option and I'm not an idiot, I've stated my reason for saying that here. Miku (and Kagamines) had a voice-bank of real japanese girl, which makes it difficult to erase the accent, I suppose.
