Yes! The story may have been small but it wasn't non-existent, it had fun gameplay and I enjoyed it a lot.

Roxas had a chance to say something to Riku near the end of KH2, and he didn't. So I don't really think he holds anything against him...I'm sure he knows that Riku was doing everything he had to do to wake up his best friend. So with that, I don't think Riku has anything to apologize for...except maybe for the unfortunate circumstances they found themselves in and that that had to be how they met...
