The Unpopular Opinions Thread
I couldn't even bring myself to read the entire article. I may not understand what its like to be transgender, but I just accept that its something that I don't understand and let others be themselves. Writing an article like this is simply the epitome of intolerance and stupidity, more likely fueled by fear, lack of understanding, and lack of empathy than it is any valid concern. I'm sure that the author's comments on how many who get a sex change operation regretting it is, to at least some capacity, due to people who shout insolent nonsense like he is in this article. No wonder people might commit suicide when they're being humiliated and tortured because they want to be true to themselves. And, skimming through the headings in the article, the author both tries to make the whole thing political (it's not political, its one person making their own freaking life choice because that's what they want, politics has no part, but of course we have to bring it in because nowadays everything has to be political) as well as outright insults Caitlyn. Utterly pathetic that they could even allow this author to be a journalist, though I don't know this website, so maybe the entire website is like this.

Sir. Christopher Lee (Ansem the Wise's original voice actor) passes away, aged 93
... Freaking dangit. He was one of my favorite actors, his voice was just utter perfection. His performance as Saruman was just amazing, and of course it was awesome to hear him in KH. Sadly, I don't know much about what he was personally like, but I'd like to think he was a pretty cool dude. Very sad that I won't be seeing him or hearing his amazing voice ever again, he was simply incredible. May he rest in peace.

Super Smash Bros. 4 for Wii U & 3DS
Yeah, Bowsercide is certainly cheap, I wouldn't try to use it online. Against my brother, however, is a whole other, hilarious story. (Note: My brother loves to use Ganoncide.) As to the Lucas DLC, I'm not sure. I haven't even gotten Mewtwo yet. I think I'm going to eventually buy the 3DS version, so I kinda wanna do the package deal thing. But also, I'm really not a fan of Lucas (or Ness for that matter) so I don't feel compelled to purchase him. But if my brother wants him, I suppose I'll purchase Lucas for him.

Super Smash Bros. 4 for Wii U & 3DS
Today I learned the stupid fun that is Bowser. Very satisfying to land kills with him, and Bowsercide is super fun even if infuriating and not actually all that helpful to me. I only wish I was actually good at this game so I didn't have to resort to cheap tactics to win (and even then, I still lose a lot). X_X

Suggest some good anime to watch
A few of my personal favorites are: Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood - Honestly, this show is just all around fantastic. The only reason I would ever not recommend this anime is if you flat out don't like fantasy or light sci-fi elements. Seriously just a well put together show in every regard. Madoka Magica - The whole magical girl thing can be a bit off putting, but the storyline and characters are fantastic, plus the art and animation are great as well. Death Parade - Thought provoking and intense is what I'd call it. It deals with some mature themes, not in a way where it seems like its trying to be edgy, but in a legitimately mature way. Brings up some interesting philosophical ideas as well. Note: The intro theme is completely different in tone from the show, so keep that in mind if you do watch it. Gurren Lagann - Turn off your brain and enjoy. Crazy, over the top action and somewhat nonsensical story that create insane levels of hype. The characters are full of personality and their interactions are fun. Even if the story isn't necessarily the best, its still very enjoyable and will definitely hit you right in the feels at some points. For the record, Death Note is one of my favorites as well, and I totally would've recommended it if you hadn't watched it.

Official Tales of Berseria Discussion Thread
Don't get me wrong, I love most of the Tales games I've played, but Abyss definitely remains my favorite as well. The storyline was just so much more interesting than the others (especially since half of the others revolve around spirits in some form, which I personally find boring). It put a lot of effort into actually establishing the rules of the world, so to speak. Sure, that resulted in a lot of technical jargon (fonons, fonons everywhere), but personally I didn't find it off putting (though I would understand if someone else did). I also really liked the characters. Like, Abyss is the only Tales game where I liked every single member of the main party. X_X Yeah, the graphics are a bit dated now (though I actually like the art style behind it), and there's room for improvement in the battle system (I've seen many people point out that the enemies seem to have a hard time fighting against free run), and the lack of voice acting during the skits in the English version stinks, but honestly it hasn't aged that badly. But at this point I don't really need a game to beat Abyss, I just want a game that lives up to what I love about Tales of. Funny hijinks, colorful characters, entertaining story (doesn't have to be a good story, just a fun one, though of course good is welcome as well), amusing secrets and side quests, and a variety of costumes. Xilla, while still a good game, disappointed me in those regards. Xillia 2 improved pretty much all of that, but then gained weaknesses in other areas. Also, I never want them to go with Xilla's "World Map" equivalent again, though from what I hear Zesteria did improve that aspect very well. At this point I just need: The same fun humor all the games have had Fun skits A cast of interesting and/or likeable characters A way to go between locations that isn't painfully boring (Honestly, I'm all for bringing back the World Map and Airship system we had going on. Though continuing to improve upon whatever Zesteria did may be fine too, but I haven't played Zesteria yet.) A new battle gimmick More color in the art direction/graphics A good amount of costumes that aren't DLC and I'm good. Most of this is stuff that Tales of generally has, so I'm not too worried. I do agree that I want to play Zesteria before I get hyped about Beseria, though.

Official Tales of Berseria Discussion Thread
My hopes for this: PLEASE have a different graphical style than Xillia. PLEASE have lots of costumes available in-game*. Please make this protagonist interesting. Her outfit is making me think she's going to be a stereotypical "tough girl." Also, I'd really like to have a storyline without spirits, or at least not the same ones we've used in Symphonia and Xillia. Not that I'm getting my hopes up for this one, since apparently all the Tales games with -ia in their titles deal with spirits. *Seriously, I'm playing through Hearts R and I've already gotten some costumes at about 15 hours in. I got one from randomly staying at an inn and another by stumbling upon a secret beach on the world map. That's the kinda stuff I want. Now, I don't know if this will continue as a trend in Hearts R, but I hope so. Xillia 2 was also okay with its costumes, but a lot of them were just their clothes + color swaps from the first game.

College life
Okay, this is seriously the best quote I've ever seen on this website. I love this, and if I hadn't already picked out a senior quote I would've asked you if I could use it. This is an awesome way to put things into perspective. ^_^ Just wanted to let you know that.

I just discovered Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood
Brotherhood is my favorite show ever. Not even just anime, literally my favorite show. I liked the original FMA anime too, but Brotherhood was really just epic.

Super Smash Bros. 4 for Wii U & 3DS
I know your pain. The only amiibos I really wanted were Robin and Lucina... Guess which amiibos I couldn't get? Like, I missed the normal preorders for them, and I missed the Amazon thing. I can't even find them at play-asia. I'm actually really bummed, Robin's my main and I just like Lucina, plus I love FE:A.

Most people aren't watching Re:coded or 358/2 Days
358/2 Days is my favorite KH game, and the Clock Tower scenes were some of my favorite parts of the game game. I was still bored while watching the HD cut-scenes. Re:coded was good for its gameplay, the story itself just wasn't good at all. The HD cut-scenes, then, cut out the only worth while portion of the game. That said, I watched all the HD cutscenes for both. I would've loved if they had remade them as real games. Heck, if they couldn't do it for PS3 for whatever reason, I would've loved 3DS versions. If work load is a concern, outsource them (actually, weren't both of them originally outsourced?).

Would you ever consider naming your children after a Kingdom Hearts character?
I don't like kids, so I most likely won't have any to name. But if I did, I wouldn't be naming them after Kingdom Hearts characters.
