    It's called NesDS. You play it and the games on a flash cart.

    I can't find a GBA one though, so I can't get Minish Cap :/

    Don't you need to get a R4i Gold Card to install the NesDS?

    No, it works fine on my Acekard 2i, which leads me to assume it works on most others as well.
