I haven't played XIII, but from what I've seen/heard, I know I wouldn't enjoy it. Lightning is boring to me, Snow's annoying, and none of the others really stand out. I loved most of FFX's cast.

I think people hate FFXIII mostly because of the battle system.10 and 13 were both linear,but at least FF10 had a good story and interesting characters.

linearity? In X you could explore the world and there were so many sidequests. In FF13, it's just pipeline maps with cutscenes thrown in like CoD

I understand that as life goes on you tend to get less free time, though I have to question the idea of saying you won't want to do something after a specific age. As if it is wrong to do it above that age. It simply is ageism, and sometimes that can cause problems and stigmas. That being said, I don't think I shall play a new KH after KH3, but I shall wait until future games come out before I finalize my decision.

And this is why the idea of 'growing up' for me is a scary thing. To forsake gaming with a game like KH would mean death to an innocence and the last shard of a fantasy that one can use to help cope with the cruel world known as reality. But that's my opinion. The day I think "I'm too old for KH" will be a very tragic day indeed. Oh, and what university are you going to?

@Javelin You can never be too old for KH. Growing up doesn't mean you have to give up things just cause. Growing up just means more responsibilities. Like Tigerruss said, if you truly wanted to, you will find the necessary time for Kingdom Hearts.
