No.... Nomura tends to stay away from romance and focuses on friendship. Nomura stated that was not the primary focus and he doubted he could actually write a good romance. Anything that has happened is fanservice like those awkward corset scene in Black Butler.

KHII Kairi is better than KHI Kairi both visually and in personality.
