If I'm not mistaken, Thor 2 was originally supposed to come out on July 26, 2013 but was delayed to November to make room for a theatrical Phineas and Ferb movie. So direct your hate towards that.

Eh, there hasn't been much info on it yet - it's still in production. All we know is that it'll be live-action/animated ala "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" (in that the P&F character will remain in 2D), its release date, and that it's been writing by the creators as well as Michael Arndt, who also did the screenplay for Toy Story 3.
