As Keyblade Master 26 has said, SE are actually doing BETTER than they had originally bet on. They expected to make a loss this fiscal year, but because of the stellar performance of FFXIV, they're bringing in profit. They are actually doing extremely well, solely upon the shoulders of FFXIV.

I'm really starting to wander how much this game actually sold in the west... I know it hit #1 in the UK charts, but how is it faring elsewhere in the Euros and the US. Considering they are still pouring advertising dollars into it, that's either a sign that its doing very well, or very bad... Hopefully it's the former, as I hope with all my soul that they put the same amount of effort into the inevitable 2.5...

I think some people's memories are getting a little fuzzy. There was NO fight scene (or any kind of interaction at all) between Cloud and Sephy in the original Kingdom Hearts. In the original, you just pick the Platinum fight in the Colosseum and fight Sephy, that's it. The fight seen with him and Cloud is brand new...

There's one problem with your theory on RD though, if you think they cant develop KH3 in two years for PS4, what makes you think that they could develop an entirely new unannounced KH game for PS3 in less than two years? Besides, who would develop it, both KH teams are busy with major projects, so there's not really anyone left TOO develop BBS v2. This is also putting aside the fact that Nomura has basically said he doesnt think BBS v2 will happen anymore. I'd like BBS V2 too, but I honestly think that ship has sailed unfortunately

Kinda the same situation though, being 18 and "legally" able to marry, doesnt make you any more ready than to 16 year olds. Your brain doesn't just click when you turn 18 and say, I know what marriage means, its something that happens with love, and understanding. Plus if it helps, most of these Disney stories take place before "modern rules/laws" were ever brought up/considered. And even the ones that DO feature civilization less than a few hundred years ago old, remember that it wasn't really until the 20th century, that 18 became the Defacto married age. Heck, its still not that way in all of America. There are many states where 16 is a legal marriage age, just like their are many countries where you can get married before then.

Really? Kissing is pedo? Tell that to all the elementary kids that kiss their "significant others" in schools all the time! Being 18 does not automatically make you adept at love/relationships, just like being 21 doesnt make you smart about alcohol, and being 16 doesnt make you a nascar driver. "Official ages" mean nothing and a person(s) can mature much faster or slower than what the "average law-ed age" allows.

People who dont like the SoKai thing always seem to forget this part when saying nothing romantic is hinted (dangit it didnt link right, start video around 7:45) Also the whole thing about Kairi being Sora's most important person in CoM Just because it hasnt been SEEN in the games (them kissing, or saying i love you) doesnt mean it hasnt been HINTED plenty. Heck I'd even say Sora and Kairi drawing the shooting star to each other scenes from the first game foreshadows burgeoning romantic feelings towards each other.

Its probably because he's just using the term everyone else uses for any entry not numbered. Its the same in every series, unfortunately, I dont know if you guys know about Shin Megami Tensei, but their's this entry titled Strange Journey, that had been quoted by the dev team as being the fourth game in the series for years, but as soon as SMTIV was announced with a number, people tried/are labeling SJ as a spin off rather than a main game. Its unfortunately just the way the mainstream press/fans are, and maybe Nomura's just using the term now to differentiate the handheld titles from the console ones. ^^^THIS, SO MUCH THIS!!! Xaldin was the one and only boss that killed me in KH2, he beat me a 100X over when I first played the game (until I realized the trick to beating him was "jumping")! King Mickey was THE only reason I beat Xaldin the first time around, it was a fantastic surprise and hi kicked so much a**!!! Hopefully, he plays similar in III, just as awesome
