    whilst it is true L is dead, the orignal Kira is also dead. They may well have N or M to counter you.... but lets face it, neither of them would have succeeded without the data L gathered before his death!

    ^ As you said before, none of them would have been successful without the data L provided to catch Kira.

     

    Since L is no longer here and I have been risen after his death, N can't counter me.

    M is also dead so the hopes of a appearing a new L is (almost) inexistant.

     

    My chance of being successful without having to worry is 99%
