im almost at level 19...it seems the difficulty increases with every level up but u adjust to the new settings...

i was playing a game where you kept you're levels and skills and whatnot from the previous game...yea it was the legacy of goku...maybe theyll continue kh 3 from the average level you should be in kh3d...
