"localization" means that every country has his own laguage dubbed videos. Hayley and the others would dub just for the english version... like... spanish voice in spain... italian voices in italy... french voices in france...

Sora in KH2 was definitely awesome -in fact i hate his model in DDD since it's taken from re:coded, he seems so small!- but i think he could be better
