Dave repliedI was pleasantly surprised by it too. The humor is really well written while still having a sense of mystery and danger around everything.
Dracozombie repliedIt was sharper than I expected. It did a nice job misdirecting you, the characters have more depth than they appear, and it manages to be quirky without falling into the trap of weird for weirdness sake, which I've noticed is a trend with many kid's shows these days.
Dave repliedIt's also neat that, if you rewatch the opening of the first episode, the clips used during the song forbode all the stories that happen in the show.
