    I was pleasantly surprised by it too. The humor is really well written while still having a sense of mystery and danger around everything.

    It was sharper than I expected. It did a nice job misdirecting you, the characters have more depth than they appear, and it manages to be quirky without falling into the trap of weird for weirdness sake, which I've noticed is a trend with many kid's shows these days.

    It's also neat that, if you rewatch the opening of the first episode, the clips used during the song forbode all the stories that happen in the show.

    Yup. I used to do cartoons more when I was younger, but also, drawing in Flash makes everything look good, because it auto-smooths the lines. ;)
