  1. Good story telling doesn't have to make everyone happy, you generally try to make them feel, regardless of these people being saved, some could still sacrifice themselves nobly, die in the process (Terra is a good candidate, he's gone through the heartless/nobody cycle to have a permanent death, like MX) or some could simply give up. Additionally, (I do think least one person should die so we can take death more seriously, now, if anyone passes we just think "ey, wonder what loop hole will make them pop up again eh") even if they do come out all grand, I don't see why they would have to wrap everything up in a bow, or make it seem like everyone's gonna hang out and be biffles. Axel, Roxas and Xion can go do their own thing together as friends, heck they could start up a mission where they try to find new nobodies (strong ones with bodies and personalities) and lead them along the right path, tell them they'll get a heart. Namine could even join them. Heck, Xion, Roxas, Namine and Axel's return are all fanservice. It ended lovely with Xion merging with Roxas so he can merge with Sora and be whole, and the same for Namine and Kairi. Aqua, Terra and Ven can return to the Land of Departure, they could open it up as a training center, or, Riku could even go off on a journey with Terra and teach him how to control and use the darkness for good. Aqua could train Kairi or even Ven since he's not a master either and she is. Heck it could end with Aqua in the credits going on a date with Zack. Everyone can go their separate ways and at the very end, Sora by himself or with a few other characters, could notice a new trouble, so it's not like they left knowing there's bad things going down. And that's just one scenario for things to play out. The only limitation is your imagination (or more so Nomura's as the writer), there doesn't need to (and won't) be a happy ending, because happy endings make people lose interest, conflict keeps the story going and since it's not the final game of the series it will end with conflict. Whatever way it ends, they could easily spit out more midquels that'll show each group off after the conclusion of KH3. Sora's trying to end people's sadness, that doesn't necessarily mean creating a giant friends reunion of each and every character where they'll stay together forever.
  2. I don't really care if the next villain used Light, Darkness or similar to Riku light with darkness (dawn). Just feels like going "Well we've done darkness, so next one light!" seems so cliche and forced, it's practically a trope. It'd be even more unique (but highly unlikely) to have a schiophrenic (or Disney Friendly, "Dual personality"/ brother and sister duo) type villain who flicked between lightness and darkness, rather than someone who just anchored to one side as we've already had. I preferred the idea of Kingdom Hearts actually being opened near the end of KH3, and an entity springs forward that'll be the new villain (and KH could be closed afterwards by said force). Not being confined to human norms means there'd be more extra opportunities the creators could use instead of "Okay, we basically do what we would have done with Xehanort, but it's gender/affiliation swapped!"
  3. I didn't know ask.fm was still used. I only ever saw it used for anonymous bulling and "wanna bang" posts.
  4. Beast's Castle and Enchanted Dominion, cause their logos were found in the code of the game WAY at the start D: Either way, until they put it into English I'm not really interested in progressing my play in it since I don't want to have to google what's going on every time a story mission changes. I managed to get to Level 73 without understanding anything in it, it's too repetitive without the story to progress for me.
  5. I agree, feels like Nomura just wanted to set it up where there was a shocking moment at the end, but it just fell flat and unfair since it was out of Sora's control, it's like going to sit an English Exam and getting an F cause the teacher gave you last years paper, which was out of your control, but sure that twist at the end was worth it and screamed logically sense.
  6. KH2 is the best, you can see how he's progressed since KH1. BBS you didn't see enough of him. DDD was the wrong worst because in order to make Riku appear cool, smart and collected, instead of putting him in situations to showcase those traits, they dumbed Sora back down to lower than his KH1 intelligence, so that Riku's smart by association of being with someone dumb. Bad character writing and I'm disappointed SE would stoop to that.
  7. All beautiful art, but I feel in terms of being recognizable there are quite a few you wouldn't know without the name being plastered beside them. Like Mickey would be more recognizable with the iconic gloves, Donald with color or a hat. But they're some that are really good and easy to tell who they are.
  8. I actually like Aqua for her play style, I don't particularly care for her breast size and thought she was modern average at best, and I am a girl who can appreciate the beauty in other females, it's not really her fault that so many people can only see breasts when looking at a female. She's meant to appear older and more mature than Kairi/Namine/Xion because she is older and that involves a more feminine body (Larxene's is masked behind a cloak), instead of having anime-syndrome where she looks like a 14 year old but you go "no no, totally cool, she's actually 21, bang her in your mind it's okay" There's so many people who slander Kairi with "omg she can't do anything we haven't seen enough of her, so I don't want to see her have any character development, because we haven't seen enough of her" So, the solution to her not getting enough screen time, is to not give her screen time, because she hasn't had enough screen time. I feel honestly a lot of people who vocalize such hatred of her are just pissed she's hinted for a GoL position that they feel belongs to their favourite character. If you read between the lines of what's happening in the games, you can see she's a selfless, brave, thoughtful, somewhat reckless individual who cares deeply about her friends. I would love a game based on Kairi that shows her training with Yen Sid in his alternate time dimension and we follow her solely on her journey, so that she's more useful in KH3 rather than making her a tutorial dump. But in honesty the main problem is the gaming audience itself, a lot of people feel they have the right to judge women, even digital fictional ones, in the same way they judge women in real life, whereas men don't get nearly as enough criticism, whether it's verbal or a snide thought in your head, women, especially those who appear to a large audience (celebrities, game characters) are pretty much drummed into the heads of others to be judged for looks and personality as the norm, and as the norm people are overly critical of anything a female does in a game, where as long as a man is strong and courageous, it's grand. A lot of the problems are due to the industry and the way they feel their audience thinks women should be portrayed (Take Lightning Jiggle Tits in Lightning Returns with her new plastic breasts just 'cause the audience clearly won't like a game when her breasts aren't really large). Especially with Kairi, when KH1 came out a lot of females roles in many games were to simply be the goal for which the male protagonist had to keep progressing forward to save. People still judging them by this standard and ignoring the state of the industry and common portrayal of women in games at the time are as bad as people who look are Disney movies made in the 50s and go "Oh no, I'm horribly offended this is racist stereotype", when more than likely their great great great grandmother laughed their ass at it 'cause the world was racist back then. Just 'cause it was a decade or so ago doesn't mean we haven't progressed since then (hence why it's hinted in DDD that Kairi will be more important than just a damsel), but we've still got a long way to go, both for the way the industry represents women, and the way the audience receives them.
  9. If on the announcement KH3 was in "early stages of development", even if they've been glancing at it (since 2010 I believe it was?) it doesn't just go from "Early stages" to "vast amount developed" over a few months. Just 'cause he's focusing on it now doesn't mean it's gonna speed up the usual development process, especially if they're going to try and make this a good game instead of a rushed pile of garbage because "Wah I've been waiting since blah, even though there's KH games that've been released since KH2's release I still like saying a big number for when I complain so it seems more justified wah". Like if people wanted KH3 because it progresses from KH2, they're actually looking for Re:Coded and DDD. Not KH3. On point though KH3 is meant to be his main priority, that doesn't mean anything though in terms of when it'll be released, his other games could require less work, KH3 could hit development hell like FF Versus. Additionally Nomura never made any promise to release a game a year, it was a fan assumed notion that takes international, remakes, remasters and final mix releases as separate games, and it only works out as such if you count the releases from Days onwards, and that's more of a streamlined development situation where localizing has been optimized and the limited amount of work you can do on a handheld means less work can be done on them. It took 2 years for COM to come out after KH1, it took 3 years for Days to come out after KH2 (granted coded for Mobile was out in 2008, but that wasn't released world wide). Honestly unless we knew the stage they're at now and their general rate of progress per day (which will be slow) we can't accurately predict when it'll come out other than just throwing numbers we like out there. We don't deserve anything. We are not entitled to dictate the games that are coming out from SE or the time in which they should come out, nor should we expect this from any company. We should be grateful that we know KH3 won't be the end, not expecting things like we're the all controlling Game God. As long as people yap about waiting for KH3, we've been getting tons of KH games in he mean time leading up to it, filling in gaps and progressing the story from KH2, just 'cause there's no number doesn't mean they're not important so I don't see why people actually hold numbered titles as the holy grail simply for having a number in their title. Considering there's games in between KH1 to KH2 and KH2 to KH3 I can't see why they would suddenly miss out on the opportunity to do the same.

  13. If you think of it like OoT you can call it "Stylized Anime" art style.
  14. A type of coffee thing from starbucks, Typical beauty blogger's post pictures of them with #FallDrink #FallSeason #LoveFall #HalloweenYumYums, even though a lot of people say it's way too sweet. But pretty photos are more important.

  17. Sora is not able to wield the keyblade because of Ventus. He can wield an additional keyblade because of Ventus. Sora was chosen by the Keyblade, like Mickey was chosen by the the Realm of Darkness' keyblade for whatever it is he did in RoD, Sora was chosen by the actual entity of the keyblade from the Realm of Light itself because of the strength of his heart and power of friendship blah blah. All failing the ceremony means is that he hasn't earned the title of Master, and there's a few abilities as such he can't do, that Riku, Mickey, Aqua, MX, Yen Sid and Eraqus can do. He won't lose it.
  18. This was probably new year I think it was there was KH13 awards for the sexiest male, female, best avatar, best mod etc and I made a few trophies but then got bogged down with work and couldn't finish them all No one voted for me
  19. I don't have the original pictures without color (or Paint Tool Sai) anymore to change it, pretty much says that (I think Flaming Lea won?) is the Sexiest Sexist now..
  20. I'm not really preparing for it, I haven't played either game in so long it'll feel like a new experience again, whereas if I start it up it'll be like oh, same exact game I just finished that's just prettier. Yay.
  21. I can't see it happening. Square Enix also localizes CoD and Lara Croft but I can't see them being thrown in And a number of people who do know who she is (thanks to the internet just throwing her around) don't care about her.
