Won't deny that. Personally, I like the thrill of trying to beat bosses in time, since it adds an extra layer of strategy, but a lot of people and reviewers would have liked the game more without the drop system.

If the game is too easy, play on Critical. Or a level 1 CM. Don't complain about difficulty if there are more difficulty options.

I absolutely loved the drop system. It adds an extra layer of strategy to progressing through the game, and forces you to use efficient strategies to take down bosses. Also, I don't need to do a soft reset to play as another character. But I still liked BBS too.

Take out Zero Graviga and Dark Splicer. Replace them for Dark Firaga, and Ballonga/ra. Maybe an extra Cure command too. Also, make sure you have all forms of dodge rolls equipped.

I was level 35 proud mode so 28 should be fine for Standard.

I was around the same level on proud at that time. There you must save the barrels for Reality Shifts for the Gargoyle. Specifically, for his desperation move. It's a tough battle (2 in particular) but doable with the right strategy.

Personally, I thought Days/Re;Coded was the hardest (on their respective highest difficulties) while BBS was the easiest.

No, just Attack, Defense, and Magic. Or a combination. You get HP bonuses by defeating bosses and upgrading the link board.

If you're having trouble with the lasers, flow motion from side to side.

For one, at least have Second Chance. it can be gotten from the AR card, MeowJesty. Second, use Flowmotion from side to side. You'll have no problems doing that. this fight really isn't that hard. People complain about it since they don't know you can use flowmotion and avoid the lasers.

For one, you have 3 playable stories, the most for any KH game so far. And each character has their own separate commands. Also, fusing new commands is fun. Then,it comes to Mirage arena, which puts you against a Gauntlet of enemies, or you can do other minigames. Also, the combat system evolved greatly, to allow easy acess of special attacks, along with Shotlocks, which are like limits.

You get it by advancing in the story.
