I'm pretty sure they said they're going to release KH3 on the "current generation of consoles" so that'd be the PS3

I agree, there was something about the game that felt really contrived. It did feel rushed and the storytelling was very haphazard. The gameplay was good and I liked the game, but it really didn't live up to expectations

I think he's referring to the fact that NA has never and presumably will never see a Final Mix. Nomura even said he doesn't like the idea of the Final Mixes leaving Japan, so I wouldn't be surprised, if HD is even released in NA, if the FM content is cut out.

I don't have a PS3 so I couldn't play it anyway, but I don't think it will be released in NA. It absolutely seems like a Japan-only kind of thing, especially since it's KH1FM and Nomura said the final mixes won't leave Japan.

It says nothing that doesn't also apply to Scan lvl 1, that's why I'm confused

I just got scan lvl 2 in the stat matrix. Call me stupid, but leveling up something like scan makes no sense to me. What's the point of lvl 2 scan?

Yeah I know, but he's just so deeply weaved into the plot that I cant help but want more. We've technically been fighting Xehanort for 10 years, but Ansem, Xemnas, Master Xehanort, Young Xehanort, and Terra-Xehanort and certainly not all the same. Each is fairly distinct and they all make for good villains, especially when it hits you that all of these different people constantly getting in your way are because of the events set in motion by one, single, very evil man.

Unfortunately $150 is still too much for me. I'm extremely stingy It'd help if I had a job but I don't so money seems like it just evaporates @_@

I kinda agree. I thought the ending of BBS was epic and I was really into it, but pretty much the whole game before that felt like work.

I actually think the more they put off ending the Xehanort saga the better. I think he's an excellent villain and I don't see how they plan on replacing him.

Heh, what I mean is I always passed off Kingdom Hearts as some fruity game that was for teenaged girls. It wasn't until very recently that I actually tried it and now I love it. So when I made the terrible decision of not getting a PS3, my mind was not on Kingdom Hearts at all. I never even thought I'd play it to be honest

There was something that felt really... soulless about DDD. Like, the other games seemed to have their own liveliness, even CoM which I thought was insanely boring. DDD just felt like I was following a quest marker, I never felt like I had any reason to do what I was supposed to do. Just "'cause".

Not free I never owned a PS2 and I didn't forecast Kingdom Hearts being on a non-Sony console. I played all of the games in the last 3 or 4 months, so the PS3 was 6 years old before I even liked Kingdom Hearts.
