This is also supposed to be like a 10th anniversary surprise for the fans, so I think it will be released in NA and Europe too so the fans in those countries can enjoy it, it wouldn't be right to make it for Japan only.

This is why everyone is hoping that the North America and Europe version of Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD ReMIX will have the final mix version of Kingdom Hearts so those who never got to play the final mix game will finally get a chance to play it, I really hope it happens, I'm sure it will.

I kinda did the same, when Kingdom Hearts 3D was first announced, I saved up to get a 3DS just for that game, but now I have other games for the 3DS too, not just Kingdom Hearts 3D.

They're not just updating the graphics, they're also tweaking the gameplay style so it would be more like Kingdom Hearts 2

I loved everything in this game, but what I liked the least was Atlantica, I wish it was more like the other worlds and not just singing.

I keep hearing more rumors everyday saying that the final mix content will be removed in the localized versions. I still think it will be included though, it would take time to remove all that extra stuff and changes from the original.

I never expected over 100 scenes remade in HD, but I'm glad it's going to happen.

Now I'm anxious to see what trophies will be in this game and also in Re:CoM

I've been trying to figure out the same thing, I never understood why they lost the rights.

Tetsuya Nomura pretty much confirmed this in the interview a little while ago, he said it'd be unusual if there wasn't a Kingdom Hearts 2 HD

I don't think it's worth the money, I was first thinking about getting it, but it makes the 3DS way too big and it can be hard to put it in your pocket and stuff, plus you have to remove it to get to the stylus, so I decided not to buy it, they should've had the second analog stick on the 3DS in the first place.

That would be cool, but it's unlikely, I would like to see new scenes added.

Less than a month

I think that's kinda early for an announcement since it was just announced for Japan almost a month ago. I would say we would get an announcement at E3 2013 or maybe a little earlier, but all in all, I just want an announcement, it would've been cool if it was announced during NYCC though

Thanks for clearing that up, I was a little confused about that, but I still thought it would still be in the game anyway.

That seems pretty accurate to me, although I would say that 1.5 and 2.5 would be released at the end of the year, like maybe Fall instead of mid-year, although I would prefer if it releases mid-year.

There's a huge chance that it will get released in North America and Europe, it wouldn't be right to make it a Japan only game. Let's just hope for an announcement soon.

I imported it from Japan and did a few things to my PS2 so I can play it, the Final Mix games did not get released in America.

I hope it will be in the game, if they take it out, they would have to change a few things in the game

I usually play games over and over again and I never really get tired of them, I don't know why, I do the same with other games too, not just Kingdom Hearts.

After the announcement of Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD Remix and seeing all the new images of it and trailer, I felt like playing Kingdom Hearts Final Mix over again, I already beat that game on proud mode like a year ago, but I started a whole new file last night. I guess it's kind of a way to practice for Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD Remix. Is anyone else doing this?
