Power Form's powers come from the keyblade itself, whoch in that screenshot, the keyblade has been edited because it comes from a world that hasn't been released yet. Since the keyblade transforms into a massive hammer, there is a few things that can relate to this.

With the announcement of 60fps for all remixes, Sora in WoFF (which I am now definitely going to purchase) and that incredible opening for 0.2, I couldn't be any happier. Kingdom Hearts is going to dominate 2017 and shall be known as the year of Kingdom Hearts in video game history.
