    Complete all other worlds, then Hollow Bastion will be under attack by the heartless and you'll have to go to the computer to stop the generation of heartless.

    Final Form is activated randomly. But I believe that it only happen after the Roxas event.

    I think once you acquire Two Becomes One you can get Final Form, and I'm... /pretty sure/ that if you have said keyblade equipped, you'll always either get Final or Anti. (I do need to fact check!)

    Final Form is easily unlocked during an Organization XIII fight. Just letting you know.
