  1. When I first saw this trailer, while I thought for a moment that those cubes looked like Bugs, I thought that they were a new design for the nanobots. The gameplay section of the trailer seemed to back up my theory because, when Sora attacks a giant Heartless with the Nano Arms Keyblade Transformation, we see the arm he creates explode into black cubes that have glowing parts on them. However, Sora's nanobots don't have the same design as the cubes we see attacking Big Hero 6 earlier in the trailer. Plus, as you pointed out, the design is the same as the design of the Bugs (I didn't realize that until you pointed it out, so nice catch!). So what I think now is that the original Baymax somehow got corrupted by Bugs and is using the Bugs to attack Big Hero 6. Maybe the Bugs make up his new arm that we saw in the concept art of him attacking Sora and Baymax 2.0.
  2. In my original post, I just pointed out a detail in the person's hair that made me doubt if it was Xion. I'm still not sure if it is Xion, but I do have some more thoughts. So, here is my take on the topic after giving it more thought: Assuming that this is a character who hasn't been revealed to be a seeker of darkness yet, I think it could be Xion, Roxas, or Ventus. There's a small part of me that's even wondering if it could be Sora, but I doubt that Sora would become a vessel. Although, that would make an interesting plot twist in my opinion. I also think that there is a possibility that this is a character who has already been revealed to be a seeker of darkness, but I don't think that this is as likely. I wouldn't be surprised if it's Xion, but I don't think we can say for sure right now. There are parts of this person's hairstyle that are similar to Xion's and parts that aren't. In fact, there don't seem to be any characters who exactly match this hairstyle (at least none who I can find). So, it could very well be Xion. If this is Xion, I feel like this scene would have to take place later in the game after Xion is brought back since she became a part of Sora at the end of 358/2 Days. I'm still not convinced that it is Xion, but it could be. We will just have to wait and see.
  3. This is exactly why I'm not sure who it is. I thought the same things you did as I was studying that short glimpse we get. I'm pretty sure it's a character we haven't seen yet too. I just threw in the Vanitas unmasked speculation because the hairstyle reminded me a bit of Sora's hairstyle. I'm not sure that it's Xion because of the hair that juts out in the back of the person's head, but it could be her. It could even be Roxas or Ventus for all we know.
  4. One of the most interesting parts of the Big Hero 6 trailer was the brief look we got at a possible new seeker of darkness. Lots of people seem to think that this could be Xion, but I'm not so sure. After looking at the scene as it fades in, as you can see in the upper right corner of the screenshot I took, it appears that this possible new seeker of darkness has hair that goes straight out of the back of their head with no visible hair below it (I hope I described that well enough). This doesn't seem to match Xion's hairstyle, but I'm not sure who it is either. I'm even wondering if it could be Vanitas without his mask on since the hairstyle reminds me of Sora's hairstyle in Kingdom Hearts 1, which was also Vanitas' hairstyle in Birth by Sleep. I'm not saying that it can't be Xion. It could very well be Xion. However, I'm not convinced. What do you guys think?
  5. I think that Xigbar will be the one to betray the new Organization because it seems that he has thought that Xehanort has been hiding something since before the original Organization XIII was even fully formed.
  6. I agree that the box is important and will most likely play a big role in the climax of Kingdom Hearts III or in the events leading up to it. However, we have been given no reason to believe that any Keyblade other than Master Xehanort's Keyblade can see the future. In fact, what has been revealed to us so far through those lines of dialogue that I mentioned in my previous comment seems to suggest that Master Xehanort's Keyblade is the only one that can see the future. I could be wrong, but as of right now, I see no reason to think otherwise. Why would Nomura make us think that only one Keyblade can see the future and that the eye in that Keyblade is the Master of Masters' real eye if neither is true? Is the origin of the "Gazing Eye" that important not only to keep the origin a secret but also to trick us into thinking something about it that isn't true? Again, I could be wrong, but that's how I see things right now.
  7. You may have a point. However, if all of those eyes function the same as the eye in Master Xehanort's Keyblade, why is the eye in Master Xehanort's Keyblade the only one that can see the future? Chirithy said in Back Cover, "The Master of Masters had an eye that gazes into the future." So, that seems to confirm that there is only one eye that can gaze into the future. Then, when the Master of Masters told Luxu that his eye is in Master Xehanort's Keyblade, Luxu reacted by shouting, "Ew!" To which the Master of Masters responded, "Oh, you think that's "gross," do ya?" This seems to imply that it is indeed his real eye that is in Master Xehanort's Keyblade. That being said, you do bring up a good point. If the eye in Master Xehanort's Keyblade is one of the Master of Masters' real eyes, how come the eye appears in other Keyblades? What I think is that the Master of Masters' eye became a symbol, which then began to appear in other Keyblades. In fact, it seems to have already become a symbol at the time of the Foretellers, which is why it appears in the Keychains of each of their Keyblades. The symbol may have even gotten a name since Luxu called it "the Gazing Eye".
  8. You do have a point. However, if it was just an eye that he made, I feel like that would have been made more clear. What would be the point in making us think it was one of his real eyes?
  9. One theory that has been made is that the Master of Masters did what Xehanort has been doing to others and turned Xehanort into a vessel for himself, which would mean that Xehanort is the Master of Masters. I never believed this theory, but I still prepared myself for it to be true because I still thought that it was at least a possibility. However, I recently realized two things that have convinced me that Xehanort couldn't be the Master of Masters. We know that when one person takes over another person's heart, the person whose heart was taken over starts to look more like the person who took over their heart. For example, when Xehanort takes over someone's heart, their eyes turn yellow, their hair turns silver, and their ears become pointy. So, if the Master of Masters took over Xehanort's heart, it would be safe to assume Xehanort did not originally have yellow eyes, silver hair, and pointy ears, but that all of those features are actually features belonging to the Master of Masters. Since we don't know what the Master of Masters looks like, this could be true. However, there is one problem. We found out in Back Cover that the "Gazing Eye" in Master Xehanort's Keyblade, "No Name", is actually the Master of Masters' eye. The eye is blue with a cat-like iris, and if the Master of Masters was telling the truth that it is indeed his eye, then his other eye most likely looks the same. But if that is what his eyes look like, then he couldn't have taken over Xehanort's heart. If he did, wouldn't Xehanort's eyes at least turn blue? Even if the Master of Masters had one blue eye and one yellow eye, wouldn't one of Xehanort's eyes turn yellow and the other eye turn blue? In addition to this, why would the Master of Masters call himself "Xehanort" if that isn't his real name? Well, we don't know for sure what the Master of Masters' real name is, but we are all assuming it is some variation of "superbia". Since all six of his apprentices are named after six of the seven deadly sins, it would be shocking if he wasn't named after the seventh deadly sin. We even see "χ Super" on the black box. Not only does he call himself "Xehanort", but his vessels call themselves "Xehanort" as well. When he took over Terra, he called himself Xehanort. Braig announced that he and the other vessels are turning into Xehanorts. Why would the Master of Masters keep the name Xehanort and not his real name unless he can't use his real name for some reason? These two reasons are why I don't believe that the Master of Masters turned Xehanort into his vessel. However, I'll probably still prepare myself for it to be true. You never know what Nomura has planned. What do you guys think?
  10. I personally don't think that Xehanort is the Master of Masters. Young Xehanort explains in Dream Drop Distance that the whole reason he decides to leave Destiny Islands in the first place is that his destiny was etched in his heart while he was visiting the future. In other words, if it wasn't for his experiences in the future, he might not have had the desire to leave Destiny Islands in the first place, which means that he would never get the desire to start a second Keyblade War. However, if he is the Master of Masters, he wouldn't need his future self to give him a reason to leave Destiny Islands and become the man who wants to start a second Keyblade War. The only thing that I can think of that would explain this is if the Master of Masters got amnesia sometime after he got his new body. Also, when Xehanort says, "You are just one of many roads that I might choose to take. Trust me. I made certain of that," I think that he is referring to his plans to create thirteen versions of himself. Plus, Braig is already becoming a Xehanort by the end of Birth by Sleep. By the end of the game, he already has a yellow eye and pointy ears. With that being said, I still think that you may be right. Xehanort may end up being the Master of Masters. I just personally don't think that it's going to happen.
  11. While I don't think that Sora has that much of a chance of getting in, I think that a lot of people assume too many things about why he probably won't get in. One of the things that I see people assuming the most is that including Sora means that Donald and Goofy (or other Disney characters) would have to appear as well. Why? Just because Sora comes from a game that heavily features Disney characters does not mean that the Disney characters have to appear in the game with him. There are lots of original characters and worlds that you can choose from to appear in the game that aren't Disney related at all. As far as the other "arguments" that were made on that site, most of them were just reasons why they personally don't want Sora to appear. The only actual argument I saw was that Disney owns him, which I don't think is completely true (I have no idea how that whole agreement between Disney and Square-Enix works), but because he comes from a Disney game, it definitely makes it more difficult to make him a fighter in Super Smash Bros. That is really the only reason I can think of for why Sora in Smash probably won't happen, but hey, stranger things have happened, so I guess we will just have to wait and see.
  12. I don't get it either. It's not King Mickey willingly left Aqua there. While fighting the Demon Tide, she disappeared back through the door they entered through, which then vanished. So, even if he wanted to, he had no way to chase after her. True, he could have searched for her after he and Sora locked the Door to Darkness. However, he chose to stick with Riku, and it's a good thing he did because he ended up saving Riku from the darkness many times in Castle Oblivion. Without King Mickey, Riku may have been lost to darkness again. In addition, Master Yen Sid explained that, even if they found a way back into the Realm of Darkness, none of them possessed the necessary means to get Aqua back out safely. Because of that, Master Yen Sid not only forbade King Mickey from telling anyone about what she did but also forbade him from going after her.
  13. I think that Kairi would start with Necho Cat.
  14. I actually made a comment on Riku's death not that long go in response to a video posted by VoltEditzz on the topic. Here is some of what I said: "Along with the official Kingdom Hearts recap videos released by Square-Enix, memorial leaflets were also released, and each of them had a quote connecting to Kingdom Hearts III. One of the three quotes that you could get in the 'Dawn' leaflets said, 'Now our journey ends too, yours and mine...' Since the 'Dawn' recap video told Riku's story from Chain of Memories to the end of 358/2 Days, I think that this quote must relate to Riku somehow, and since it is talking about journeys coming to an end, I'm guessing that Riku may know that he is going to die. However, if Riku is the one talking, who is he talking to? Could Riku be talking to Riku Replica? Will both of them sacrifice themselves for the sake of the World and their friends? Also, if he is saying that he and the unknown person's journeys will end 'too', the 'too' must mean that at least one other person's journey has either already ended or is going to end. I guess there is a possibility that we will see multiple significant characters die by the end of Kingdom Hearts III." As far as Master Yen Sid dying, I agree that he would be the most likely Disney character to die, but I doubt that Disney would allow any Disney character to die who doesn't die in their movies. Yes, Square-Enix tricked us into thinking that Goofy died in Kingdom Hearts II, but he didn't actually die. I think that, if Disney does allow one of their characters to die who doesn't die in their movies, it would be Master Yen Sid, but I think that he is the only one of their characters who they would allow that to happen to.
  15. I have actually thought that Riku is going to die for a long time. I have always thought that someone of importance is going to die, and so I thought to myself, "Whose death would leave the biggest impact, apart from Sora's?" The answer I arrived at was: Riku. Then, the more I thought about it, the more it made sense to me. I think that you really hit all the main points that back this up. Like you, I just don't see where Riku's story can go from here. Recently, there has been one more thing that has convinced me that Riku is going to die. Along with the official Kingdom Hearts recap videos released by Square-Enix, memorial leaflets were also released, and each of them had a quote connecting to Kingdom Hearts III. One of the three quotes that you could get in the "Dawn" leaflets said, "Now our journey ends too, yours and mine..." Since the "Dawn" recap video told Riku's story from Chain of Memories to the end of 358/2 Days, I think that this quote must relate to Riku somehow, and since it is talking about journeys coming to an end, I'm guessing that Riku may know that he is going to die. However, if Riku is the one talking, who is he talking to? Could Riku be talking to Riku Replica? Will both of them sacrifice themselves for the sake of the World and their friends? Also, if he is saying that he and the unknown person's journeys will end "too", the "too" must mean that at least one other person's journey has either already ended or is going to end. I guess there is a possibility that we will see multiple significant characters die by the end of Kingdom Hearts III.
  16. I would have to both agree and disagree with you. Terra-Xehanort is Xehanort in control of Terra, just like how Riku-Ansem was Ansem in control of Riku. So, in a way, Terra-Xehanort is a different person, but in another way, he isn't because Terra is still there. With that being said, once Ansem forced Riku's heart out of his own body and into the Realm of Darkness, he was no longer Riku-Ansem but was now just Ansem. Riku still existed in the Realm of Darkness. He even kept his appearance. He just no longer had a body. So, if Xehanort does the same thing to Terra, or if the way that Terra escapes Xehanort is by abandoning his own body, then I could see both Terra and Terra-Xehanort existing at the same time. Now, in theory, whether Terra and Terra-Xehanort are the same person or not, Terra-Xehanort could still be brought to the future, right? After all, both Master Xehanort and Young Xehanort exist at the same time. Yes, I think that it is possible. However, I think that the whole point of the seekers of darkness who are vessels becoming Xehanort is that they are Xehanort in the present, not in the past. Nomura has hinted that the seekers of darkness who are vessels for Xehanort who have been revealed so far are not from the past but from the present. As far as I can tell, Young Xehanort, Ansem, and Xemnas are the only ones who are from the past. Because of that, if one of them escaped from Xehanort's control, I think that it would seem pointless if Xehanort could just go back in time and bring a version of them from the past who was still under his control. I am not saying that it is impossible. I think that it is possible. I am just saying that I think it is unlikely. I think that Lingering Will will only appear in the final battle if Terra is a seeker of darkness. If Terra escapes from Xehanort's control, I think that he will reunite with Lingering Will and become a complete person again. However, if only his heart escapes from Xehanort, or if Xehanort forces his heart out of his own body, then I think that his heart will enter Lingering Will and claim it as his temporary body until he can reclaim his body from Terra-Xehanort. I agree that Radiant Garden would be a good world for Terra-Xehanort to appear in, but we don't even know if Radiant Garden is going to be a world you can visit. Yes, we saw it in the E3 Showcase trailer during the cutscene when Ienzo was talking with Sora over that communicator, but we saw Radiant Garden in cutscenes in Dream Drop Distance too, and we didn't get to visit it in that game. So, it's possible that Radiant Garden may just be seen in cutscenes once again in Kingdom Hearts III. True. I won't be surprised at all if I am proven to be 100% wrong about everything that I have theorized about for Kingdom Hearts III. No one can understand the mind of Nomura except Nomura himself.
  17. LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes is my favorite Batman game. I have always loved the LEGO games for being fun and faithful to the source material they are based on, and this one is one of my favorites.
  18. I agree, but I also think that Nomura will not have the same character appear twice at all, which means that I don't think that we will see both Terra-Xehanort as a seeker of darkness and Terra as a guardian of light. Either we will see Terra-Xehanort as a seeker of darkness or we will see Terra as a guardian of light. We will not see both (as far as I know). I can be stubborn too. Don't worry. I suppose it's also possible that Young Xehanort appeared in that time only to be a secret boss and that's it. Knowing Nomura, there is probably a bigger reason than that, but I suppose that it doesn't have to be connected to the overall plot in a big way other than to tease the villain of an upcoming game (Dream Drop Distance). After all, it looks like he just fades into existence right before the fight, which might be a sign that he just arrived from the past, and then he fades away right after the fight, which might be a sign that he started traveling further into the future. If this is true, then there is no bigger reason for him to be there other than as a secret boss and to tease the villain of Dream Drop Distance.
  19. The only problem is that Terra-Xehanort is Terra. So far, the only character who we have seen a past version of is Xehanort himself (Young Xehanort). I don't think that we will see any other past versions of characters besides him. Otherwise, all of the seekers of darkness could be made up of just one person. For example, we are not going to see both Braig and Xigbar as members of the seekers of darkness (as far as I know). We are just going to see Braig (or Xigbar, if he is going by that name now). To further back this up, I think that we will not see Riku-Ansem as a seeker of darkness due to a quote that Young Xehanort spoke to Riku in Dream Drop Distance, "We originally had our sights set on you. But, you developed a certain...resistance to darkness. So we did what the Keyblade did, and moved down the list." Young Xehanort then talks about Roxas, saying that he was a worthy candidate. This means that they must have decided to no longer make Riku a seeker of darkness back before Kingdom Hearts II, which means that they must have been planning to make him one up until the end of Chain of Memories when he finally defeated Ansem. However, if they wanted to make him a vessel so badly, why not just travel to a time when he had succumbed to darkness (when he was Riku-Ansem) and make him a vessel then? Well, there was technically already a Xehanort possessing him, Ansem, and he found a way to resist him. If he found a way to resist him then, he probably would have found a way to resist him in the future, even if they took him from a time when he had succumbed to darkness. After taking all of this into consideration, I think that we are left with two options: Either Terra has found a way to escape from Xehanort, which would mean that we won't see Terra-Xehanort as a vessel since, no matter what time they take Terra from, he will still find a way to escape him, or Terra-Xehanort is a seeker of darkness, which would mean that Terra couldn't find a way to escape from Xehanort and is still one of his vessels.
  20. I usually join a new console generation once a game that I really, really want is released for it (such as a new Kingdom Hearts game).
  21. Someone definitely could have explained everything to Young Xehanort, except that the Ansem who visited him was the Ansem from before Kingdom Hearts 1 (at least, I'm pretty sure that's the Ansem who visited him; if I am mistaken, please tell me). That means that Ansem would not have known what the future held yet, and, as far as I know, Ansem was the only one who contacted Young Xehanort before he set off on his mission. This means that, if someone did tell Young Xehanort who to collect and when and where to find them, it would have been sometime during his mission while he was in the middle of searching for his other selves. As far as Terra-Xehanort is concerned, I think that, if Terra-Xehanort is going to be one of the seekers of darkness, he would have been the one that Master Xehanort was talking about in Dream Drop Distance. However, that would mean that Aqua isn't one of the seekers of darkness. The only way that she could be is if she becomes the thirteenth darkness, which would mean that Riku and King Mickey would have to find her later than I am guessing they do. This is all entirely possible, as I am expecting that I could be completely wrong. However, based off of the few out of context cutscenes that we have seen in trailers so far, I am guessing that she is a seeker of darkness and that she is the one Master Xehanort was talking about in Dream Drop Distance, meaning that Terra-Xehanort can't be one of them. However, like I said, it is entirely possible that I am completely wrong.
  22. Maybe Young Xehanort wasn't searching for anyone in particular. Maybe he just traveled to that time to see if there were any Xehanorts there. After all, we were never told that he knew what times to travel to. We were just told that he was given a mission to collect versions of himself from throughout time (this isn't my strongest argument, I know, but I really can't think of anyone that I think he would have taken with him to the future from that time).
  23. I didn't consider that. I think you may have a point. However, I think that if Young Xehanort brought anyone from that time to the future with him, it would be Vanitas. I pretty sure that the reason why Terra-Xehanort ended up at Radiant Garden was that the explosion of light from the shattered χ-Blade sent him there. Also, I think that the reason why he got amnesia is that he turned his Keyblade on himself when Terra began to resist again. Because of this, he almost lost his heart (and if Aqua had not saved him, he probably would have), and his amnesia is a result of that (although Braig suggests that he may have never lost his memories in a flashback that we see at the beginning of Dream Drop Distance, but we don't know how true this is). I still think you have a good point about Young Xehanort's appearance in that game though.
  24. I played Kingdom Hearts II before the rest of the games too. However, I didn't pay attention to the story at all and didn't even watch the cutscenes my first time playing through it because I didn't have a memory card for my PS2 and tried to play as much as I could before having to stop and lose all my progress. Even when I did finally get a memory card, I still skipped all the cutscenes because that was just what I was used to doing and I wanted to get through the stuff I had already played numerous times. I do see your point though. You don't need to play the previous games in order to pick up on the story, but I would say that, if you want to know what's going on, you should play them or at least find out what happened in them. I agree. I don't mean that they need to play all of the games. If they don't want to, that's fine. I'm just saying that their stories are more important than people realize. I would have to agree with you. I don't mind releasing them on two different consoles (such as the PlayStation and Nintendo DS), but they released them on pretty much every console known to man. However, I think that they may have learned their lesson, especially since they released them all on one console now, but I guess we will have to wait and see.
  25. I think that Sora should have a mixture of his most iconic melee attacks and magic attacks for his move set. I also think that his Final Smash should be Trinity Limit. In my opinion, all of Sora's appearances should be options as different costumes and skins (maybe Roxas could even be one of his skins). I would like Riku to be an Assist Trophy. As far as stages go, I would have to go with Destiny Islands with the Destiny Islands theme as the stage music for my first choice, Memory's Skyscraper with "Another Side -Battle Ver.-" as the stage music for my second choice, and the Keyblade Graveyard with "Fate of the Unknown" as the stage music for my third choice.
