As soon as I get back home later today after school, it will be time for me to get the DLC of Hyrule Warriors! Can't wait to play as Young Link after waiting for him to return after what happened with Melee/Brawl!

So... That P5 trailer. WOW. Also, someone who sounded a lot like Lelouch. Same voice actor? *Goes and looks it up*
Josuke Higashikata repliedOkay then, after a little more research...
Assuming the Masked Phantom is in fact the main character, and assuming that we (the audience and those watching the livestream) heard him... He certainly sounds a lot like Jun Fukuyama.
Josuke Higashikata repliedYes, I did!
This has sent my hype levels through the roof.
I just hope it comes out soon!
Josuke Higashikata repliedRelease Date: 31st of December, 2015!
Seriously though, I do wonder when, exactly, it'll come out. I mean, from the looks of the trailer, it's pretty close to being done!
Josuke Higashikata repliedDid it actually say that? I meant it as a joke, since it would still technically be released in 2015, even if it was practically 2016.
(Seriously, I didn't know that was the placeholder date.)
Power Jusho repliedany marketing site that has that date use it as a placeholder until the official date is announced
Josuke Higashikata repliedAh, I see.
Next time I try that joke, I'll use the day before that then!

I just read the story about the crap ZeRo went through after winning the Apex tournament, and all of the disrespect towards the Smash 4 tourney in general. I've gained a lot of respect for the guy now. I feel really bad that he had to put up with what he got.
Sorual repliedi seriously cant believe the seperation of the smash community. im actually disguisted. i agree with ZeRo 100%. i wish the smash community would just be more respectful to its sub-communities. in fact, like ZeRo, i wish the smash community just considered themselfs the smash community. i agree with you and ZeRo. i cant believe something like this exists in the community for my favorite fighting game. if you dislike a game in the series, then fine. but pls dont be so disrespectful to it. when...
Shulk replied@Kyouma-Blade I did read that, and I'm glad he addressed it in a respectful manner. I agree with him, Smash fans need to actually unite instead of act so toxic towards one another.
@Sorual This is something I'd like to see, too. The Smash fanbase is honestly worse than Pokemon's when it comes to this. Everyone needs to just accept that they all play Smash, and use that to get along instead of treat everyone else like scum for playing a different game.
Sorual repliedPeople just like feeling superior to other people. They are saying to themselfs that they are superior because they play a game that is "superior" to them. At least that's the mental message they have been giving me through my experience with them. I honestly bet that they enjoyed chanting "melee melee melee" because they liked the idea of disrespecting those who are "inferior" to them. It's almost like discriminating against casual gamers. It's stupid in m...
Shulk repliedI read that they were doing a lot of other really disrespectful things during the tournament, too. Honestly, the chanting was by far the worst part of it. If someone wins a tournament, he deserves some recognition. Watching a video, there was maybe a split second of cheering, then instantly Melee chanting. Even the announcers were disrespecting the way he played. It wasn't the most entertaining playstyle to watch, but holy crap, they took it way too far.
Shulk repliedYeah, it's definitely a superiority complex. One that Smash fans need to get over and realize that every game has its own draws. I don't like watching Melee or playing it competitively (And since that's the only way I ever CAN play it with other people, I don't play it often anymore), but I'm not going to whine about a Melee tournament taking the time for Smash 4/Brawl, or treat Melee fans like complete trash.
Shulk repliedIf there's anything good to have come out of this, it might have given me the kick I needed to get back into Smash due to the positive responses ZeRo is getting from the rest of the fanbase, and in order to possibly find some way to help other people realize that Brawl and Smash 4 are just as competent as Melee is.
Sorual repliedWell yeah. I agree with you there. I understand the argument that melee has a higher skill cap due to all the advanced techniques but I agree that saying com thing is worse because it's different I agree is just stupid. I also think that smash 4 is a perfectly competent fighter. As for brawl, I want to say yes but the tripping cripples it. I hate to say that but in terms of being competitive and skill based, the random tripping I think makes the game less competitive. Still competent, but...
Sorual repliedOh definitely! I also think smash 4 is the best! I admit the skill cap is a bit less because of the lack of SO many advanced techniques but that's not rly a bad thing. I think it makes the game less intimidating and more accessible. More players will join the competitive smash with this game and while the skill cap isn't as high as melee, it's still pretty freaking high! Like, seriously when you think your good, fight a professional and you would be surprised how much...
Sorual repliedYeah. I get it. But if also like to make clear that I don't just like smash for competition! In fact I love a good random and chaotic game! ^_^ only think is that everyone I play with only likes competition so I can never turn items on its them. And also, there's one friend I have that refuses the play on anything but omega stages. Don't get me wrong. I love competition. It's just that sometimes I want to have a non comet stove and just fun match

Shulk repliedI missed these for some reason. ._.
Yeah, I'm pretty much the same way.
I love chaotic matches. I don't have items all on and set to high, but I do think they can make a match more interesting if configured properly, instead of making it mindless like competitive fans seem to think. -
