     I assume you probably have a case to it, correct? And it didn't come in like a bundle or anything like that? Even though I'm 50% sure most PS4 games don't come with a code that you can enter to download them, I'd still check to see if there's a twelve digit code anywhere. Where exactly did you purchase it from? I'm just exploring every possibility to see what the problem may be. If you buy a physical game, you can only play it if you have that physical disc. The only way you can play it without a disc is if you bought it digitally as well.
