So Anyone Picking Up The Switch At Launch?

Posted

So yeah as the title says. Anyone on here plan to buy the Nintendo Switch at launch? For me, nope because I won't have enough money yet to buy it at launch. But I will be getting it in either a few weeks after launch or a month after launch. It will just be a matter of when more units of the system will be in stock for me.

I will get it at launch though by that I mean when stocks for it arrive in Saudi Arabia where I live

There are some indie and e-shop titles that I wanna play on the system alongside Breath of the Wild

I hopefully will. I have one preordered, but I still need to work out my travel expenses for going to the KH concert so I'm gonna do that soon to see if I really can get it at launch. If not, I'm gonna still keep my pre-order of BotW Special Edition that I did alongside it.

Nope.  There's nothing I really want at lauch.

I don't have enough money this time of the year and there are no games yet beside Zelda, but I can get it on Wii U so I'll wait till there are more exciting annoncements

I'm only going to buy it once a definitive date for Xenoblade Chronicles 2 is revealed.

I think I'll probably hold off for now. I really want to play Zelda Breath of the Wild, but I can't justify splurging my money on a new gaming system just for one game. I'll wait and see and hopefully get one later down the line.

While the console does have some games I'm interested in, it's not worth getting it at launch. Plus, I live in Australia where the prices are ridiculous and I just can't justify making such a big purchase like that with my budget, especially with there being no bundle deals. So that's buying a console and a game. My PS4 was an exception as it came with 4 games. Hopefully later on, there'll be a good bundle.

Well, I am heavily considering getting the Switch at launch, but I think I'll want to hold off on doing so, for the mere fact that I want to see if this console ends up giving us a considerably good gaming library! Sure, Breath Of The Wild and Super Mario Odyssey will be there, but those are Nintendo staples, and even though they're always successes, we want to see more than familiar faces! So I'll sit back and watch and see how this console thrives! When I see that there's enough games for me to peek my interest, I'll get the system! :3

For some reason I never seem to get consoles at launch, though I would really like to.  I have plans to get the Switch but it depends on finances and my job situation at the time.  Regardless I will get it, but perhaps not at launch.

Nop probably won't getting it atleast not in a few years I'm good with my WiiU.
I will probably get the mini nes if I'm on time.

Nope. Not until there's a good bundle or a game I want to play. (Which isn't until at the very least SMO)

Nope. Will get Breath of the Wild for Wii U, so there's no point in getting the Switch now xD Maybe sometime later.

Maybe, my dad said he's getting something pretty nice for as a graduation gift and he knows of the Switch and my want for it. If its not that tho, then WiiU ver it is

Launch day is my birthday. I preordered from the start.

I'm planning to. Its year one line-up is incredible, and I'm not missing out on getting Splatoon 2 or Xenoblade 2 day one.
