The CoM command menu in the White Room (KH2)

There's a few command menu's in Twilight Town depending on your location.

Seeing princess Aurora, Snow White, Belle, and Cinderella sleeping in a comatose state in Hallow Bastion.

I'm so bad at noticing these...

Me too i am the guy who has to be told 95% of such things, but if i acutally do find an easter egg i feel proud like a boy that just learned how to ride a bike

Eraqus = Square in BbS. It's really gets deeper from there.

Other than the whole anagram name, the teeth Eraqus's Keyblade is like the "E" from Enix. And then there's the fact Eraqus looks like Sakaguchi.

I didn't know the character design was based off of the man himself! Cause long time ago, I keep saying: "Why does he looks so familiar? Where on earth I've seen that face before? I know I've seen that face before, but WHERE?!" xD

90% of these were things I was not aware of.

I feel slightly ashamed of myself.

I think I knew all of these except for the Atlantica one... I'll have to hunt that down on my next playthrough. In terms of overall fun, I think Sora's FF pose during Coliseum wins is probably my favorite, but Eraqus' name was a huge "duuuuuh" moment for me, so maybe that one.

Kingdom Hearts III has a lot of shoes to fill regarding Easter Eggs!

When I first found the command menu changed to Castle Oblivion style with cards as the options, I smiled.  Because the White Room is where Namine stays in the mansion, that little nod to her significance in the previous game is a nice touch.

Eraqus being Square! That's one of my favorite Easter eggs, especially considering the character was modeled after Hironobu Sakaguchi! And the fact that Luke Skywalke himself, Mark Hamil, voices him! I thought that was badass, especially considering the many similarities KH has to Star Wars! :D

"Fear leads to obsession with power, and obsession beckons the darkness!" That's KH speech for "Fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate leads to suffering!" Notice the similarities there? :3

That, and I also love that some Heartless are named after Final Fantasy beasts, such as Behemoth! And the Dragoon Nobody being named after dragoons in FF, and their appearance resembling a Dragoon's as well! :D

I loved the chocobo drawing when I was a kid.
