I betting the villain in the Toy Story world is going to be some crazy heartless Transformer toy.

The creepiest character in whole Toy Story. Seriously, that baby creeps me out

 

My instinct was to fight a conglomeration mutant toy, but then I remembered the whole point of them is that they were still good even if they were deformed.

Well, considering that Pixar requested Square to make the world's story original, I highly doubt someone like Stinky Pete or Zurg would make an appearance. Even if they did, they would be manifestations created by Xehanort I think

It depends on how they want to do it if they go about in in the same way they did In kh2 than we first get a heartless or disney bossfight or both and than later one of the Main Kingdom hearts villians aka Xehanort

What if Zurg is one of the 13 darknesses?

We know who the villain of the world is. It's Young Xehanort.

If you're asking who the boss should be, I'd figure it would be some toy from Galaxy Toys turned into a Heartless.

I hope Sid and Zurg but I don't think they will appear since the storyline will take place after Toy Story 2.
