Personally, I don't care as much about the where as opposed to the when--the release date is that is.

Nomura did say that they were on track for this year. But I'm betting the KH concert or during E3. It'll probably be released in November.

I bet Square would love to see people's reaction via live audience and YouTube. I say this because, via tradition, concerts often restrict video of any kind. So, where a better place than E3?

It should be at the Square Enix showing. There it can be shown off to more than just the KH fans and in its full glory.

I'd personally prefer the Sony conference so I can see people's reaction but I think their own showcase is rather likely. It's at least among the most probable possibilities. Speaking for myself, I'd rather like two trailers again like at D23 but have one during SE's showcase and another with the release date during Sony's conference. That is if it's not a disaster like last year's.

 

I somehow like having shorter trailers which aren't too imposing and have an onslaught of information. At some point, it makes me unable to process every detail and shorter videos make it easier to go back to certain scenes as well without having to search.

I'm certainly not complaining about 5 minutes or longer trailers and such like we received on Friday, but if it's not only gameplay but story, there's only so much a person can take in at once.

It shall be revealed the second the game is released!!

Definitely at Square's E3 showcase. And I think they'll show a new trailer at the LA concert.

it will most likely be annouced with nomura himself present so I go for the E3 event

I am pretty sure we will get a new world announcement with maybe a clip in the concert and a full fledged trailer with another world announcement included, new scenes, new gameplay, and finally release date. That's what I would do anyway.
