For some reason, I see Kairi with a Tama Sheep.

The Juggle Pup!!

After all, Sora is The Sword, Riku is The Shield, so Kairi must be The Wand.

The Sword is for swift attacks. (Sora always rushes into battle)

The Shield is for defending and helping friends. (Riku gives into the Darkness to save Sora)

The Wand is for special moves. (While we have not seen her in combat much, Kairi could very likely have this untapped potential inside)

 

Therefore, Kairi's Dream Eater Spirit should reflect her in that sense.
The Juggle Pup's abilities with special attacks would be the best starting Spirit for her.
 

 

Me Me Bunny, I’d say. She’d probably see it as cute.

I think that Kairi would start with Necho Cat.

I say Flowbermeow. 

I think that Dream Eater would Kairi start with Tama Sheep!

Frootz Cat most definitely. In my opinion, Frootz Cat feels more fitting to be Kairi's first Dream Eater.
